A list of puns related to "Steve Ditko"
βOne of the first things I did was to work up a costume. A vital, visual part of the character. I had to know how he looked ... before I did any breakdowns. For example: A clinging power so he wouldn't have hard shoes or boots, a hidden wrist-shooter versus a web gun and holster, etc. ... I wasn't sure Stan would like the idea of covering the character's face but I did it because it hid an obviously boyish face. It would also add mystery to the character.β

So I was wondering, I know Stan Lee preferred to pair Peter Parker up with MJ, but did Steve Ditko and John Romita Sr. have any preference for who Peter should be paired up with? As I recall during Ditko's time Peter had at least three major love interests Liz Allen, Betty Brant and Gwen Stacy. And after Stan Lee took over, Peter had other girlfriends like MJ, Felicia Hardy, and Carlie Cooper. Did Ditko and Romita Sr. wanted Peter to be paired up with one of the three original love interests that they created or did they want him to end up with another love interest created by someone else?
What do you guys think MCU Spider-Man looks more like? Ditko or Romita's art. For me, it is kind of hard to tell since both artists draw Spidey with think eye lenses and Tom Holland's Spidey's eyes looks similar to both at times haha
Which Ditko villains appeared the most within Steve Ditko's run?
Off the top of my head, I would guess that the Green Goblin was the most recurring villain in the Ditko run. (Appearing issues 14, 17, 23, 26, & 27 - five appearances!)
Dr. Octopus had a lot of appearances as well, 3, 11, 12, Annual 1, and the Master Planner arc. How many full appearances did Dr. Octopus have in the Master Planner arc? One?
The Vulture was the first villain to re-appear, and must have had three proper apperances (Issues 2, 7, and Annual 1) as well as appearing as one of Mysterio's illusions in 24). Sandman appeared at least three times. Kraven the Hunter had three appearances.
Electro only appeared twice. The Scorpion appeared twice.
What about the Enforcers? Just twice in the Ditko run?
I guess the Looter and the Cat Burglar were one-time villains under Ditko. Did the Cat Burglar ever come back under a different creative team?
Any other villains and their frequency come to mind? Ditko drew the Chameleon in at least one early Hulk appearance outside of Spider-Man.
