Iβve been having so many jars crack on me lately that I decided to try actual ramekins. I did in that I sealed with a mini cast iron pan that worked great, but isnβt able to be scaled up. Any ideas?

How many of those little glass dessert ramekins do you currently own and what do you use them for?
You know the ones. The ones from them GU pots or the own brand versions.
Mainly use mine for holding fat while it cools (They've never broke even though they're glass).
Suppose might as well ask what your favourite flavours are. Mines probably the Chocolate Honeycomb ones.
