During battalion formation our BC made statements about how Jesus had a brother and God is working through the Covid vaccine to protect us. At least 5 other marines also in my unit have been told by the same guy that he is Gods mouthpiece telling them to get vaccinated and have faith. On similar occasions hes claimed to be a Christian but also has said that he is a burning bush god is speaking through to enforce the vaccine order. Regardless how you feel about the vaccine or the order, is this even allowed? I’m just really shocked and a lot of the unit has been talking about it.

Shortly after letting Jaskier aboard the ship, the dock hand calls out to him and begins a dialogue where he criticises Jaskier's ballads. The criticism he gave was suspiciously close to criticism Hissrich's first season of the Witcher received - the first mention being the confusing timeline jumps.
Cue Jaskier's foul mouthed tirade - saying something along the lines of "if you think you can do better, do it yourself".
What are your thoughts? The whole scene just seemed like a "fuck you" from Hissrich.

My opinion I would want a legend to be a mouth piece for him someone who could help get him over. As far as my ideal situation for last straw should be Wardlow gets the mid card title shot the TNT championship and MJF steals it from him only to have Wardlow cost MJF the title. Pinnacle beat down on Wardlow. Then Wardlow gets revenge slowly but he will need a person to do Mic Work for him against MJF.

It's advertised as an awesome mouthpiece that can boost range and endurance, but for $265? I'm thinking I could improve range and endurance with $265 worth of lessons and bus tickets to jams, but has anyone tried it out? Is it a unicorn?

My understanding is that a 3c has a shallower cup and should let me play higher notes than the 5c but it's backwards for me and don't really know why.
I’ve always heard that you should rotate your mouthpiece a quarter turn upon inserting it since it helps to prevent it from falling out, but does anyone know why this is the case? Since the shank is circular, shouldn’t the level of grip be the same regardless of whether you turn it or not as long as the same amount of pressure is applied?

So I need some help. I am a big dude, and I have a huge mouth, think Willem Dafoe or Julia Roberts.
Most tuba mouthpieces on me look like a trombone mouthpiece on a "normal" sized person.
I have been looking for a wide diameter cup with a very wide rim. Even when I tried a bach 18 or PT-20, both still feel like the cut into the top and bottom edges of my mouth.
I've been wanting to try a Dennis Wick heritage 1XL, but I have yet to find anyone or store with them to try before I buy.
Does anyone know of any decently wide mouthpieces with a super wide rim?
I've played tenor sax for about 4 years and I had always played on a Yamaha 4C which has been fine, but I think it's time to upgrade. I went to my local music shop and I got a Eugene Rousseau 4R. The guy there said that it was good for pep band but I haven't seen much of an improved sound or loudness. Does anyone have a suggestion on what I should get or look at?
Questions laid out a lil better here:
- do I need to retire dosing capsules after a while? I have a little box of them. Do they wear down or become unsafe after continual use? I clean them in alcohol when I clean my Mighty.
- should I remove the filling chamber/mouthpiece section of the Plenty when I'm done with a session? I want to prevent my herb from continually cooking when I'm done with a session. Does the vaping process end after you stop inhaling? (passing air through the chamber) All of these pieces are hot and I'd like to leave the whole thing connected if there's no issue with the herb continually cooking after I switch the Plenty off.
I know this is technically a Crafty/Mighty subreddit, but the Plenty subreddit is a ghost town and I figure the principal might be the same for all vaporizers. Thanks in advance. Hope you're all having a great week!
