A list of puns related to "Man Made Disaster"
4 people have died in Rewari district of Haryana.
It is due to lack of oxygen in Hospital.
It is sad that it is BJP Government there. Center cant provide oxygen to its own state.
So much for double engine ki sarkar.

So, profit is a key part of capitalism, yes? I hope that's not controversial. You can increase profits by either raising revenuse or cutting costs, and sometimes you can cut costs involved in safety... this leads to some fun consequences...
Some examples:
Drawing inspiration from /u/travel_ali 's other post, have you guys ever made trips to destinations that were the sites of either man-made or natural disasters? I've heard some of them have been restored and can be an extremely powerful experience.
I'm not sure I would book a whole trip around them but if they were accessible within my itinerary, I'd definitely make a trip.
Some well-known examples would be:
Been watching Chernobyl and this occurred to me - how bad could we mess up? I guess Huntly plant could blow up, but that's just a gas fired plant. Collapse of a hydro dam? Would any major settlements be at risk in that case?
Um i remember if you cleared a section of the map from like an oil spill etc that the wildlife would return and that our native fauna and flora would populate the map. There may be a sequel or two to it.
Humans are polluting the air and water. Weβre increasing co2 concentration in the atmosphere.
Weβre still far more likely to be killed through natural disaster than a man made one. Asteroid, super volcano, poles flipping are all more likely to destroy the planet than man made climate change.
Itβs my opinion that part of the reason people like the idea of man made climate change is it makes us feel more in control. If we stop polluting we can somehow control the future of the planet. We canβt.
Invented the hexayurt in 2002, took it to the Playa for the first time in 2003, and I've been keeping it moving ever since! I used to live in Colorado, now I'm in London. I just got back from a UN trip to Belarus. If you haven't heard of the hexayurt, it's a super easy to build, fairly cheap emergency shelter made from plywood or insulation, and widely used at Burning Man. It's those silver pods you see in many of the pictures!
I'll be answering questions from 7PM UK time, 2PM East Coast, 11AM West Coast on Friday, August 15th (about half an hour after this post went up!) and again (on this AMA!) on the 16th around midnight or 2AM UK time (early evening in the US).

Proof: http://hexayurt.com#history mentions the Q&A and has a link to my twitter to confirm it.
Looking forwards to chatting. I'm a reddit regular, don't post much, but I read the first few pages of the front page pretty much every day.
Ok peeps, 2AM in London and I'm going to bed. By all means post more questions if you have them and I'll check for more activity over the next few days.
Thank you all, and have beautiful burns if you are going!
Are there any interesting and relatively unknown interesting natural or man-made disasters?
Thanks so much and have a good/night! =D
