As someone who was using tuna as a snack, this one caught me by surprise. First off I’m pretty full off one container, but I’d say flavor is a little better than tuna. I recommend this one as a snack in between meals!

My friends and I caught quite a few king mackerel on a recent fishing trip. I froze one to bring to my parents. I want to cook it whole - i have access to an oven and a grill. It's been gutted, but is completely in tact otherwise and weighs about 10lbs.
Any recipes / tips would be appreciated.

My father-in-law is from Goa. I've been lucky enough to visit Goa with my wife and her family on several occasions and I'm a huge fan of the food. We were talking about how we couldn't go this year and everyone agreed we missed having our daily "rava fry" recently (https://cookpad.com/us/recipes/11654127-king-fish-rava-frygoan-style). I know my father-in-law would really love to have some, but he's very particular about the fish. It's a variant of a mackerel and I'm struggling to figure out where I can get it in the US. It's apparently locally known as kingfish/"vison" and is a form of mackerel local to the area (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indo-Pacific_king_mackerel).

Does anyone know where this might be available in the US? This would be a major "treat" item, so I'm expecting to have to spend $ on it.

If not, if you're familiar with the fish, is there an alternative that could be used? I've read Spanish mackerel, but I'm not super versed in how it would compare. I'm game to try, but he's suuuuuper particular about it.
