Hi everyone,
I have a new job in Guiseley starting soon and will be moving to the surrounding area so I'm thinking about possible options for this. I know the area fairly well as I've worked/studied in Leeds and Guiseley before and drove daily from Colne so know the towns on the route eg. Ilkley, Saltaire, Silsden etc.
I like Skipton and was looking at houses there - according to Google Maps this should be approx. 30 minute drive to Guiseley which seemed fine to me. However since mentioning this to others they have said to avoid this as the traffic would make it an hours drive or more. Does anyone do this drive and knows if this is true? I'm a teacher so would be leaving for work around 7/7.30am and could be setting back off home anytime between around half 4-half 6ish.
I also like Ilkey and Otley which I know are nearer, but Ilkley is a bit expensive and Otley doesn't have the train station that we need for my partner to get into Leeds city centre. Any advice on the Skipton to Guiseley route or other recommendations much appreciated! :)
Hello all,
https://imgur.com/gallery/Y1U60vt
Created a little imgur gallery of screenshots and a few words from my game documenting my 13 year stint with Guiseley which ended up with me winning all 7 trophies possible in my latest season.
I always enjoy looking at screenshots of all your games, and thought I'd create and share this.
Cheers!

Hey peeps, moving to Guiseley at the end of this month and was just looking to get some advice as to good places to visit/pubs/anything of particular interest in or around Guiseley! Cheers (:
Anyone around Guiseley or Yeadon play pokemon go and do tier 5 raids?
Anyone going to either of these games?
I'm off to Nethermoor on Friday, always try to get to the Guiseley game as it's just down the road from me. Considered the Posh game too but couldn't afford the tickets & train.
It'll be interesting to see what kind of squads are taken to each game. I assume a mix of first-team and U21s for each, but you'd imagine more prominent players would be heading down to London Road.

Bit of a shame how it's worked out for Kennedy, I always liked him but he never really came back properly from his knee injuries. Remember when he briefly looked like he was going to outshine Maguire?
