Is this photography x food collab worth it?

A small local business specializing in charcuterie boards and V-day chocolate boxes reached out to on IG me wanting to collab with her. Her proposal was to offer clients V-day mini studio sessions (30mins, 15 photos) and give them a charcuterie/chocolate box to take home. Since I wanted to make this offer attractive, I set my price at $120. However, she wants to charge $85 for a small box and suggested we charge $230/person to cover the costs + studio rental. Then, she asked me if she could drop off her boxes with me the day before so I could distribute them at the shoot. I do not want to be held liable for the transportation and temporary possession of her boxes, and why should I pay for gas and have the responsibility of representing her products? I may suggest patterning with her to do a giveaway in the future where we both give away our service/product for free.

I figure it would be easier to attract clients without the boxes for a much lower rate. Just wanted to make sure my thinking is logical and I'm not missing out on a decent opportunity.
