1/4 oxy before i wash my face. 20mgAddy. 1/3rd zanny bar for my elevenses. An hour later i eat a bagel w coffee. 3 hours later ill chew on them 5mg thangz and rail 1/4 oxy. Hr later 1/4oxy . Take a break βtill im done working a 14hr shift. Go π‘ and eat dinner then 1/4 oxy every 30 mins until i KO.
Working from home with no willpower so having your 11am coffee and snack at 10.00; meaning lunch becomes elevenses and you just eat all day like a greedy b*stard.
