A list of puns related to "Big Machine Records"
There is a change.org petition asking Taylor to re-record all six of her old albums and release the re-recordings, just to spite Scooter Braun and Big Machine:

Def Leppard did this awhile ago, under similar circumstances.

Just saw this and was wondering what everyone was thinking about it. It appears that the licenses of her music videos for Wildest Dreams and Look What You Made Me Do (and others) have been changed as well to the karaoke versions.
As I believe, she still gets her normal cut for the YouTube streams of these songs, but I'm not sure if this is true. It seems kind of useless to change this, and I can't really think of any reason they would want to do this. The only idea I could think would be to inflate streaming numbers for investors due to the kind of abysmal streaming numbers for the live album Spotify debut. Even then, it doesn't explain why they would change the license for the other songs not on Fearless. She's made it clear that she has no intentions of working with them and will not license her songs to them, so I don't even know how this would help them in terms of investors.
I guess Iβd be lying if I said I wasnβt disappointed. Of course I donβt want Ed to ruin his professional relationships for someone elseβs sake but it still felt wrong. Especially considering YNMIDNY is about not wanting to be taken advantage of by music industry execs.
All opinions are welcome! Please let me know what you guys think. Iβm sure there are more sides to this issue that I have yet to consider. But I thought we could discuss it now that itβs kind of died down.
>After the song's release, certain listeners questioned the timing of the album, as Swift's November 10th release date lands on the same day as the 10th anniversary of the death of Kanye West's mother Donda. A source at Big Machine Records, Swift's record label, however, denies any correlation to Rolling Stone. "It is standard practice that releases come out on Fridays and we locked in this release date based on other Universal Music Group releases," the source says. "There is no correlation."
