I am about to move out of the country and want to reduce the footprint of my lab to make it easier. Plus I am not using these devices as much. Servers and NAS come with HDDs. Pickup preferred, but I can deliver in Ottawa (where I am located) or Toronto (Toronto delivery will require gas money). No shipping.

Someone on another subreddit was recently complaining about the Belkin USB-C to HDMI adapter, a particular model that is sold exclusively via the Apple Store.
I happened to have three USB-C to HDMI adapters. The first two came from work; the other one I bought for myself:
When I used the Belkin adapter in the past, I noticed that some parts of the screen just looked a bit off. It was like I was looking at the picture through a poor camera lens: there were strange chromatic aberrations, especially around high-contrast edges and text. When I plugged in the Uni adapter, the colors looked fine and everything was tack sharp.
I thought -- what the heck, let's see if I can't objectively and empirically illustrate why it's so bad. So, I switched back to the Belkin adapter and tried to take some close-up pictures with my phone, but they didn't help. Then I remembered the LCD Test pages at http://lagom.nl/lcd-test, and the problem became clear right away.
TL;DR: do not buy the Belkin adapter from the Apple Store. It is utter trash and will make you question what you're seeing on screen. Use the Apple Digital AV adapter, or get the Uni brand. If you do buy something else, test it with the LCD Test pages above and return it as 'defective' if the pictures on your screen do not resemble the reference images on a known good monitor.
EDIT - since a few people mentioned "Chroma Subsampling" in the comments, I dove into this with the Belkin adapter. RTINGS.com and MadShi.net both have subsampling patterns designed to reveal whether your display is subsampling the chroma (color) values. Examples of both patterns are found in this Reddit post.

... keep reading on reddit β‘Iβve got some reservations about it after being burned by the Logitech (which I still have pending something better). The operating temp is specified exactly as that of the Logitech, and the Q&A section of the product page contains phrases like βno direct sunlightβ.
The language isnβt quite as alarming and foreshadowing as Logitechβs was in hindsight, but I donβt think Iβll be an early adapter for this one like I was for the Circle View.
Hi, so I mainly want to use a portable USB-C Hub for casual use with my M1 Macbook.
I want to just connect the following:
Monitor
Music equipment
Hard drive / USB
Wireless or wired mouse and keyboard
So which of these two would you recommend?

Anker is the brand everyone keeps recommending, so it seems like the reliable one I don't have to worry about.
I haven't heard many people talk about Belkin, and it has far fewer reviews, but for roughly the same price, I'm getting 2 more ports.
Is there a major difference between these devices, and would you recommend one over the other? Is it safe to put USB-C devices through the Belkin port, such as my microphone?
I have bought an apple watch s7 and also have Airpods Pro and a Iphone 11. To make charging easier I am looking for a wireless charging pad that can charge all these three devices. I found this Belkin boost charge on the apple website that looks very nice, but it says in the specifications: ' Charge three devices β iPhone 12 or newer, Apple Watch, and AirPods β all at once'. Does this mean I can't wireless charge my Iphone 11 on it? if not, is there a charging pad that can wireless charge an apple watch, airpods pro and an iphone 11 on it?
OK finally a few interesting ones here. The Fujitsu option looks like an excellent alternative to the Lenovo Dock. List pricing on the Belkin seems rather high at ~$400 USD - so most folks should choose the very similar Anker model.

Hi,
Can anyone tell me whether new model of 3 in 1 magsafe charger by Belkin can charge other qi-wireless cases of TWS erabuds or not? In my case i have Iphone 13 pro max and apple watch 7 and Bose QuietComfort Earbuds, which case is a on a bigger side. Considering i would like to charge them all at once, moreover Belkin has a circle in the middle, and i want to know did somebody charge anything (especially with bigger cases) other than airpods on it.

Is "Belkin MagSafe Charging Station 3 in 1" truly worth the price ?
If it really is that good I'll buy it since I like durable and quality gadgets, but if it isn't so I'll appreciate it if you could tell me about other cheaper and better options for charging stations (I do prefer wireless but I don't mind if they're not).

will be receiving my 13 pro soon.
Currently my 13 mini is using a belkin screen protector which is a simple one that doesnt cover the lenses. So far okay, but took a bit of effort to get the air bubbles out
For my Pro, been thinking of trying some other brands. I've heard hit or miss things about flolabs.. either being very good or misleading marketing. it also uses a tempered glass style protector
the Spigen models Ive seen are also similar but they cover the entire screen and sensors (again not sure if good or bad)
anyone with experience with all 3?
