A list of puns related to "Autoweek"
The Dutch leading car magazine Autoweek reviewed the NIO ES8. As a long time reader of this magazine, I can just conclude that the review is the most laudative as to the specs, the space and the workmanship of a Chinese car yet. The authors expect an introduction in the Dutch market soon!
Edit 1: the most popular Dutch news site www.nu.nl shared the review and published it as 'news'.
Definitely something going on here. https://www.nu.nl/auto/6172924/rijden-met-de-chinese-nio-is-net-even-anders.html
So, I came across this Autoweek article and thought it would make a fun fantasy schedule. So I created one, and thought I'd share with y'all. The writer is Matt Weaver, so it only made sense to call it the Weaver Cup Series. It follows most of the 2020 schedule, but throws a few new things into the pot as well.
Since I mainly play NASCAR PSP (port of NASCAR '07), I had to change a few tracks (as I've noted). Here's the rundown of their schedule, .
You can probably make a decent replica on any game post-NASCAR Thunder '02 with a little imagination.
Here it is!
Regular Season
Daytona RC
Vegas
Phoenix
Auto Club (or fantasy short track)
Sonoma
Atlanta
Martinsville Night
Richmond Day
Talladega
Kansas Night
Darlington Day
Dover
COTA (Or fantasy RC. I use the TMS Road Course from '07)
Bristol Dirt (or Food City 500)
Coke 600
Nashville SS (Or other intermediate. I use Mr.Clean/Allstate Speedway)
Pocono
Knoxville (or fantasy short track. I use Meadow Creek Speedway)
Chicago Street Course (or Chicagoland/fantasy street course)
Atlanta Night
New Hampshire
Watkins Glen
Brickyard 400
Michigan
Richmond Night
Southern 500
Daytona Night
Playoffs
Auto Club (or fantasy short track)
Bristol Night Race
Roval (or fantasy road course)
Kansas
Nashville Fairgrounds (or IRP in NASCAR '07)
Talladega
Texas
Phoenix
Martinsville
Finale
If the season mode doesn't allow more than 36 races, you can drop any 2 you feel like. I dropped the Daytona RC, and Kansas 1 to make it fit. Anyway, hope y'all enjoy!
