Newsprint fliter parameters in Gimp 2.10
I'm not sure what happened, but at some point the Newsprint filter parameters changed for me. It used to match this part of the documentation (https://docs.gimp.org/2.10/en/plug-in-newsprint.html) but it's changed.
I'm trying to figure out what the parameters mean, but clicking the help button on this screen brings up a box that says "Appendix F. Eeek! There is missing help."
I need to figure out how to set the DPI of the output. I'm assuming it's something with the "Period" option, but I don't know how it correlates to this.
Can anyone tell me how this new version works?
