Modeling Archimedes Screw Turbine in Star CCM+
Hello, I modelled a 45 degree 3 start turbine, and ran under the K-epsilon model, it worked well until about 4000 iterations where I got a floating point error. I changed the model to K-omega but the error came very early. I tried using a finer mesh but my computer lacks the computational power to handle such a large simulation. I even used the trim celled mesher. Please, any suggestions would do.
