A list of puns related to "Shrapnel shell"
I've come across this shell a handful of years ago and barely had any information about it. But as of recently, I've only found a cutaway picture as well as a manual that barely mentions its use and general information. I thought y'all would find it interesting as these are, for what I believe, quite rare since this is a U.S. 155mm airburst shell from The Great War, which were abandoned very early on and have become obsolete. I've had a professional give me what he believes it is worth, but he offered to buy it off me immediately for a low price, so I believe he is trying to scam me, what do y'all think it is worth? The link provided provides a link to the fuse and it's manual, and the TM 9-1904 provides information about the shell itself starting on pages 422, and 516. There is a lot of stuff about this shell, ask away if you want to know anything. (https://bulletpicker.com/projectile_-155mm-shrapnel_-mk.html) (https://imgur.com/a/qlrbQVU)

The t28 stock grind is probably the worst for low-tier. You start off with a shell that has 38mm of penetration at point blank.
I just got the T-28 and only have shrapnel and HE shells. How should I play the tank before getting the actual shells?

Just a random thought i had
Can someone tell me how many shrapnel balls are in one shrapnel shell, for example a 18 pounder shell?
The Short version:
AP Shell: Its current damage against vehicles is just perfect (1 hit at the rear and 2 at the sides and front of a Light Tank disables it), but against structures are just too powerful, AP Shells damage output to tier 2 pillboxes and gunnest almost goes down to half of their health. They compete with the standard shell against structures in terms of damage wich doesnt make sense. Therefore AP Shell current damage to structures should be reduced to at least 100%ish.
Shrapnel Shell: Damage values against structures and infantry just perfect. (1% or 0% damage to most of the structures, it does decent damage against foxholes like 17% per Shrapnel Shell). Marvelous Shell against infantry as makes the Light Tank resemble pretty much as a mobile short range Howitzer in terms of damage and splash damage against infantry when using this type of shell.
HE Shell: Just way too overpowered and unbalanced against structures. I mean 1 shot kill tier 2 Pillboxes and Gun Nests, 4 shots to kill a Bunker Wall, its even more powerful than an Field Arty Shell wich is insane. It was spected that at least these HE Shells were 25% increase in damage than the current standard shell, lets say it stills destroys a gunnest in 2 shots but still with more damage output against them to be finished off quicklier by other explosives, and tier 2 pillbox in 3 shots instead of 4 or something like that. Devs should realize that with this mobile damage against structures Field Artillery becomes completely obsolete if Light Tanks killing almost every tier 2 structure in just one hit, that may cause a team wont even reach 200 of the 5000 required research parts to unlock a Battle Tank before the wars are over.
Suggestion to fix 40mm HE Shell: Make HE shells do 25%ish more damage to structures than current standard shell NOT the current 200% more damage against structures. Or remove the standard shell from the game turning the HE Shell take its place with the same damage values as the current standard shell against vehicles/structures/infantry.
These devbranch current damage values of the HE shells is just not only OP, but also totally doesnt make any sense that a Light Tank becomes almost 2 times more powerful than a Field Artillery.
As for the Battle Tank i wasnt able to test it, but I definetly would say that as the current damage values from a 40mm HE Shells and AP Shells against structure
