A list of puns related to "Rolodex"
I realised a while ago that I seem to remind my parents, my in laws and husband about every upcoming family birthday. I feel like Iβve been conditioned to be the family Rolodex and βthe keeper of the birthday diaryβ. My parents have recently gotten so lazy about it that when I mention a birthday, they asked me to go get a card, find a stamp and post it for them when theyβve signed it.
So I have stopped.
So far my parents have forgotten a cousinβs birthday and a great granddaughterβs. My MIL has missed two great grandchildβs and my husband has missed his brotherβs and SIL ( both whom I donβt talk to anyway).
I do love to see the look on their faces when I mention that I sent a card to βXβ once the date has come and gone, and they totally forgot.
Iβve been called out for not reminding them.
Itβs my birthday next month. I wonder if theyβll remember?

Hi everyone, I'm sure there's a simple solution to this, but I can't get my head around it. I want to have a simple base of network contacts, including contact info, picture and vital stats, etc. Simple enough, But THEN I also want each of these contacts to have an embedded base with the ways I've been in touch with them, for instance John Smith's page/entry has an ever growing list of contact points with him like "email | date| notes" on multiple lines of entry.
I other words, simple rolodex (I can handle that part), plus an embedded log on each entry's page of contact made.
Any suggestions?
THANK YOU!
In S03E10, as Jimmy and Kim move out of the office, he dumps the Rolodex containing the contacts of his senior former clients in the trash after his Sandpiper chicanery alienates him from from his elderly clientele, but Kim fishes it out again, musing that "You never know".
Considering how much the showrunners love Chekhov's gun, what are the odds the Rolodex will play some role in S6? Perhaps the contacts will somehow aid in the plan to take down Howard and secure the settlement money?
Hello, new here, I'm curious if there are any digital rolodexes that are easy to use and free.
Hi everyone,
Bit of context. Our company is a small 11 person company that uses team to communicate. We have a lot of clients coming and going and our only method of tracking these people and maintaining their contact information has been through a shared excel on Teams. Lately with so many people coming and going and editing it, the sheet has become rather messy. Someone asked me to look into if there was some sort of rolodex app that we can all access that kind of sorts them and keeps everything kind of neat? Any suggestions?
Since local storage for discord gifs have been nuked, anybody wanna try their hand at making a nice third party app for pasting gifs instead of a clunky website UI? I'd like to be able to just paste gifs in from a library. Seems to be a tossup with direct uploading of gifs on Discord.
Anyone have this? I was wondering what exactly is on each card. A picture and a brief bio, at least from the previews. Are there also run ideas and some stats too?
Itβs time to conjugate theories once again my friendsβ¦
Itβs no doubt that each and everyone of us has encountered a struggle or difficult time during a portion of our lives. We all have our challenges that infect us mentally and physically. I believe itβs time that we fight backβ¦

Time Travel defined by Wikipedia, βis the concept of movement between certain points in time, analogous to movement between different points in space by an object or a person, typically with the use of a hypothetical device known as a time machine.β
Well today, you are going to become a time machine. Yes! Youβre going to become your very own time machine. But youβre going to be traveling back in time a little bit differently than expectedβ¦
Itβs no doubt that each and everyone of us has encountered difficulties throughout our lives. And sometimes these challenges that we face, they take us down to our knees more times than weβd like. Thereβs even times that we feel as if we canβt fight backβ¦well today weβre going to try.
I want you to sit back and think about your memories (A.K.A: Traveling back in time). I want you to think of a time where life was challenging you but you over came it. You pushed through and have become a better person because of it.

Challenges and problems are important parts of life that give you experiences, make you learn and help you to become wiser and stronger. Problems make us grow and shape us.
The biggest problem people have is that they hope for a life without problems.
We will all have problems β small or large β the difference is how we deal with the problems and challenges that occur.

Now itβs time to reflect but first Iβd like for you to complete a small exercise for me. Just to clear your mind and relax. Ease the stresses of todayβ¦
When youβre ready, you may move onto your next objective.
I would like for you to reflect on one or more events in your life that seemed really challenging and I want you to flip the script. Meaning, weβre going to be changing your perspective on that whole scenario! Aiming our efforts to focus only on the good aspects. I want to see that you appreciate and exhibit gratefulness for the little things. Now, letβs scroll through that hypotheti
... keep reading on reddit β‘I'm not really sure what I experienced but I think about it often and I'm curious if anyone has experienced something similar or heard of something similar.
It happened about 7 years ago which (in hindsight) was just before some fairly big changes in the lives of my wife and I (e.g. move, have another child, etc.). My wife and I were in our living room of our old house just chatting while tidying up after our son. l was standing in front of the fireplace when all of the sudden I started saying louder and louder "Whoa... Whoa... WHOA!" My wife was like "What's wrong, what's wrong!" And I was just standing there and kind of looking up at a 30 degree angle saying "whoa". It took me 15 seconds or so to snap of it and by this time my wife was standing right next to me with a look of concern on her face.
What I saw was a vision of some sort but it was like drinking from a firehose. It was like a rolodex of hundreds of pictures of my future life flipping by in fractions of a second. But, it wasn't just the vision it was the feeling too. It was too much to take in but it felt like they were all happy future memories. I was able to hold on to two of the "pictures"... The first was that we were going to have a daughter. The second is we were on a family vacation with the four of us on a European beach.
It definitely felt like a gift from a higher power or the universe or something. And nothing like it has ever happened since then.
Since then my wife and I ended up having a beautiful daughter (which I know, 50/50 chance that another kid would be a girl lol). No European beach vacation yet but it is definitely something to aspire to (which I know, is it just a dream that will [hopefully] become reality and not necessarily a vision).
Also, I should note that night was just a normal night. No drinking. No medicine. No drugs. Nothing out of the ordinary.
What did I experience? And is that firehose, rolodex vision a thing? Also, if there's a better subreddit to post this please let me know. Thank you!
So Iβve spent my whole life being told that men have a Rolodex, my question is how far back does your Rolodex go vividly, how often do you think about subjects from your Rolodexβ¦ My boyfriend says his only last about a week vividly but I have a hard time believing that when he remembers the color of his neighbors bikinis from 30+ years ago.
Was thinking about this case lately and saw that she wanted to write a book about her life, but I haven't been able to find that anywhere. I also can't seem to find any info about what she has been up to since her release. Does anyone know what she is up to?
When I help a client out, I receive referrals to help their loved ones or friends.
I am having quite the time trying to keep track of when to get back to people who have been referred to me. Iβd love to organize my referrals digitally because my folders (labeled For each month of the year) takes up a lot of space.
Iβm open to suggestions, I truly thought there would be a digital product available somewhere online but Iβve only seen business card apps and they want me to pay but the ones I tried do not allow me to organize them like Iβd like to.
If this does not exist then an βold schoolβ Rolodex type app where you can place contacts in different months, with noted reasons...would be a great idea.
P.s. I accidentally deleted the last post and I so loved the response -Iβm sorry my creative compadre.
