A muscle relaxer called Methocarbamol?

I got my hands on a muscle relaxer called Methocarbamol. Never really heard of it but does it synergize or amplify with anything to increase the high? Also, would it kill a psych trip like benzos do? Thanks!

Robaxin/ methocarbamol

I’ve been dealing with back / shoulder pain for about a year now after an injury, I was prescribed Robaxin and although I don’t want to be in pain I’m skeptical about medication. Does it make you really sleepy? I want something that will take the pain away but not make me sleepy and feel groggy. Thank you.

Baclofen Vs Tizanidine Vs Cyclobenzaprine Vs Methocarbamol

Hello Everyone,

I am current studying pharmacy and I was sort of wondering what the common practice in choosing one of the four agents above goes about. I am having trouble finding any resources online, and I guess I'm a little too lazy to ask my teacher. Exams are coming up and this isn't pertinent for this exam, but I was just curious. It seems that there is a big difference between muscle spasms and spasticity. Also maybe a particular agent may be preferred in a specific ailment such as MS. From what I have learned so far, we should lean more towards Baclofen and Tizanidine for spasticity in MS patients. The reasoning? I'm not sure. Let me know what ya'll think. Thanks

5mg Oxycodone/25MG Hydroxyzine Pamoate/750 Methocarbamol

I'm new to Lean, but have done a lot of experimenting with oxycodone and methocarbamol just by taking them together in different doses. I'm familiar with cwe, but my wife has Hydroxyzine Pamoate capsules and I was wondering if it would be possible to mix the 3 in a manor to simulate a very nice blend. Or would that be overkill? Want my first mix to be as smooth/nice as possible, if possible lol

Experiences with Methocarbamol?

Went to my primary with new symptoms (tinnitus in my left ear if I open my jaw wide, constant feeling of sinus and ear pressure, painful tightness in throat muscles). She prescribed me a small dose this medication, Methocarbamol, to take daily before bed. Has anyone else taken this medicine? What was your experience on it?

Robaxin ( methocarbamol ) and Kratom

Hello everyone! I'm a novice in the kratom world, pretty much only take it for a week out of every month. I'm prescribed tylenol 3 ( codeine) for chronic pain. Given you can not be prescribed a weaker opiate I tend to run out a little early and rely on kratom for that last week before refill. Recently I was prescribed methocarbamol for my scoliosis. After searching and searching for answers I can only find limited information about flexoril which I know is also a muscle relaxant but obviously not the same chemical make up. If anyone has taken these medications together I would love your story and feedback so I can decided if i want to "risk" it myself. Thank you

methocarbamol and gabapentin

Hello, I have a lhasa apso (not pure mixed with something that we are not sure of) but he is 15 years old. Had a limp for about a year (been taking galiprant), but recently one day couldn't even get up or walk. Back legs kept giving out. AFter that, he was kind of normal, but still not 100%. Took him to vet and said it was spondylitis (genetic cartiliage issue) prescribed him 500mg methocarbamol and 100mg gabapentin (once every 8 hours, and once every 12 hours respectively).

I am concerned about the side effects. I know drowsiness is expected, but he just sleeps constantly, stumbles around, and often just plops down as he can't get up. Been two days of this medicine and it seemed to have stayed the same if not slightly worse. When can we see improvement? When will he be able to become normal again? The medicine is prescribed for 5 days.

Methocarbamol + Mildly Euphoric High

1000 mg Methocarbamol + Ashwaghanda + Caffeine = Pleasant mildly euphoric high πŸŒˆπŸ˜€ I woke up yesterday with some pretty intense back pain. I usually only take 500 mg of Methocarbamol (a non-addictive muscle relaxer) but the pain was so awful I decided to double the dose. About a week before I had bought a kind of expensive Ashwaghanda KSM-66. I took them together with my normal morning cup of coffee and within an hour was feeling reeeeeeeeally good. Normally the muscle relaxer just makes me slightly sleepy but together with everything else I felt relaxed and mildly euphoric. Went to work with a way more positive attitude than I ever have. Prescribed methocarbamol for anxiety chest pain. Anyone else?

Very wary about taking any pill because if I get a bad side effect I don’t want to have a panic attack over it.. I was feeling very dizzy in the middle of the night when I woke up from my 5 days of taking my antidepressants and 20mg of melatonin when I went to sleep. I stopped taking them both

I was prescribed 2 750mg every four hours but will probably test half of one tonight to see how I feel. Anyone else try them and have any luck with them over chest pains from stress/anxiety?

Also.. I was also prescribed methocarbamol and my citalopram at the same time by different doctors and I read up and saw it was probably a good thing I didn’t mix them..(possibly serotonin syndrome)

Doctor prescribed brother diazepam, clonidine, and methocarbamol for oxycodone/fentanyl withdrawal. When should he take these medications? All at once or staggered?

My brother starts to get restless withdrawals from his fake 30mg Percocet pills about 2-3 hours after taking his last dose (he breaks them into quarters). When he starts feeing bad withdrawals, should he take all 3 of these medications at once? Or start with 5mg diazepam and then an hour or 2 later move onto clonidine .1mg etc., Also, any other advice to help him through his 20-24 hour detox until he can start his Suboxone? Thanks guys

Methocarbamol is way better than expected

Just earlier tonight I got several pills of the weak muscle relaxant methocarbamol, totaling about five grams, and I took a little over two grams, being three pills, just 45 minutes ago.

Posts anywhere online about using methocarbamol recreationally were few and far apart, and the handful of anecdotes about the drug I could find were overwhelmingly negative saying it didn’t do shit, but oh boy am I buzzing. I think I’m doing a good job at writing this for how high I feel. I thought this dose would just be a threshold buzz if even that, but oh boy did I get more than I bargained for.

I prefer this to both clonazepam and lorazepam, the two benzos I’ve done which didn’t make me feel much of anything, and right now it’s like being borderline drunk but with a somewhat cannabis-like twist. Soon I’ll try phenibut so it’ll be cool to see how that compares.

I think my body’s chemistry is just weird when it comes to GABAergic drugs. I don’t get hangovers, benzos do absolutely nothing to me other than make me tired no matter how high the dose, and this obscure, weak muscle relaxant that doesn’t do shit for anyone online is just awesome for me.

Anyway, for anyone looking for a high who found this drug in a cupboard somewhere, it’s definitely worth a try.

Anyone tried both cyclobenzaprine and methocarbamol? I have a few questions!

Does the methocarbamol cause drowsiness like cyclobenzaprine? I took cyclobenzaprine one night before bed last week and it made me tired and dizzy for almost two days in a row.

Also anything else I should know about methocarbamol before I take it? The only side effects I get from medication are that I get tired easily when taking meds (usually long term medication like anxiety meds though) or nausea so if it doesn’t usually cause either of those symptoms I’ll try it and see if it helps my pain!

[Tip] Whatever you do, for the love of all that is sacred, do not, under any circumstance, take Methocarbamol.

I've been sore free for about a year. Got lucky that L-Lysine and a small cocktail of other vitamins (iron, folic acid, B-12, and zinc) worked for me. Got to enjoy a blissful year of doing rad stuff like eating oranges. I recently started having back spasms and pain, so I went to the doctor and got prescribed a little hell pill/muscle relaxer called Methocarbamol.

Apparently, and I wasn't warned beforehand, these little pills have a tendency to trigger canker sores. Even if you're taking a preventative cocktail. It took half a day for white bumps (like, I bit my tongue bumps) to start gathering on my tongue, and it took 2 days for me to develop a painful white canker sore just under my bottom front teeth. Luckily I still habitually move my tongue around my mouth to check these things and I caught it before I felt it. Now I'm on salt water, milk of magnesia, diet changes, everything this sub recommends except antihistamines (because I'm super allergic to most of them.)

Never, ever, ever take this pill. It's a known side effect of the drug and no matter how strong your prevention, it will happen to you. Currently praying desperately that this is a one-off and not a break out.
