A list of puns related to "Menudo (stew)"
Serious question here, y'all. My curiosity got the better of me and, as I am not one to shy away from eating weird stuff, I ordered a small bowl of menudo from a local Mexican grocery. The look of it was fine, but there was an underlying tinge of fecal matter that I just couldn't get past.
Now, I know what it's made of, so that's not the question... But is it still gonna have that smell, or did I just get a poorly washed/cooked batch?
I'm looking for the best bowl of Menudo in Denver (subjectively speaking). I love the Menudo at Taco Selene in Aurora, but they only serve it on weekends. Los Dos has a good one as well and you can get it con pata, just want to know what everyone else thinks is good!

Sigh. So, we just picked up MiL & Tiaβs favorite breakfast - a huge pot of menudo. For those not familiar, menudo is a meat, assorted animal parts, and chile stew thatβs very fatty, high in natural gelatin & proteins, and... Half a block from home, we hit a pothole. So, now my favorite down jacket has menudo spilled on it, and down is something I never got the hang of cleaning.
Any suggestions on mitigating the damage, and hopefully getting the smell out of the feathers? The jacket is black, at least, so staining is not an issue. Weβre planning to do our usual Ivory soap hand wash for the surface of the jacket. But getting down wet without a way to extract way more water than we can by hand is never the greatest idea.
Thank you in advance to anyone who can reply and happy Motherβs Day to all who celebrate it.
Iβve been looking for a good, non greasy bowl of menudo in the fresno area. Iβve been to tacos Tijuana and it was too greasy and stinky, and Iβve also tried carrillos in Clovis and it was the same story (just not stinky, but also very greasy). Any recommendations?
Ano po pinag kaiba ng dalawa? Aside sa menudo traditionally uses pork, while mechado traditionally uses beef in popular PH home cooking.
Gulong gulo po isip ko, tulong
Any good menudo in The Town or SL? I am too lazy to make my own and it stinks up the house.
Extra points if they have pata (foot) in their menudo. Thanks Fam.
Y mediatica por supuesto.
Duolingo taught me that "often" = a menudo. I've used it quite often (no pun intended) in casual conversations and no one's ever given me weird looks, but I'm pretty sure I've never heard a native say it. They always seem to have some way to skirt it using different constructs, for example:
Is my hunch correct that a menudo isn't common at all in informal speech or am I just imagining things? What are some other expressions I can use?
Alright folks, between the Springs, Security-Widefield, and Fountain areas, whose got the best menudo in town? Thanks in advance!!!
Empiezo:
Hi! First post here and probably a very noob question but Iβm learning. Does anyone know offhand or of a resource on whether itβs safe to can menudo or posole for storage.
These are some traditional Mexican soups and Iβve even seen menudo sold in store in an aluminum can that you open and heat up but I prefer my own.
Itβs mainly a chili broth, a meat depending on whether itβs menudo or posole, dried herbs, garlic, onion and hominy.
Thanks for any guidance!
βEh, itβs meaty okra.β
Where is the best place to buy Menudo in Tyler? I donβt mind getting packaged/frozen menudo and bringing it home to heat it up. I donβt mind getting it at a sit down restaurant. My husband is Hispanic, but I am not. He really misses it on the winter weekends, but I have no experience making it and donβt really want to try. We are open to trying anything as long as the place is clean and safe. Whatβs your favorite place in Tyler?
