A list of puns related to "ERAS"
So obviously the aethetic of the Minutemen in FO4 is based on the Colonial Minutemen from the Revolutionary War, with their outfits, their laser muskets, and their motto, "Protect the Commonwealth at a minute's notice." But what I recently learned is that Minuteman was also the name of US land-based ICBMs carrying nuclear payloads during the Cold War, which may have been the inspiration to include them in Fallout.
If anyone's interested, there's a fascinating video by CGP Grey in which he explores the ruins of a Cold War missile test site. It has extremely fallout-y vibes. I learned about the Minutemen missiles through his later videos explaining the history of the facility. (It turns out this site wasn't testing Minutemen missiles, but it's interesting regardless).
Would the legion sit around campfires and tell awful jokes to each other before they conquered?
So I'm a late convert to the cult of ERRA and find my preference to be JT era (pun intended) vocals. I had Neon on repeat for a couple months and sang along with every song. I even listened to it on mushrooms and had a transcendent experience vibing to Hyperrality and Ghost of Nothing. Then I made the mistake of reading reddit reviews and now I can't unhear the TSH-TSH-TSH-TSH of the crash in my left ear on every freaking song. So I had to put it down for a while. Fast forward to today when I threw it on for some background music at work. The crappy mono speaker pans everything center and I gotta admit; Neon sounds a lot better in mono.
TLDR: Poor mixing ruined an otherwise stellar album and listening to it through a single speaker greatly improved the experience.
I found someone who remembers hearing the song. 2 or 3 daus ago I got the song stuck in my head. My grandparents were visiting and I decided to play the song and ask them if they know it. Guess what, my grandfather says hes heard it before. Played by a favorite band he cannot remember the name of. But he is absolutely certain he has heard that song before. He cannot remember the name either, (note hes a 76 year old vietnam vet so don't expect that anyway.) But I do belive him when he says hes heard it before, is it possible that this song could have played on an american station, and nobody has a recording of it? America was a prime target to make waves in the new wave era, pun intended. Maybe there was a similar show like music for young people here, but the band never really caught on. I think this opens up new possibilities.
I already know what you’re thinking.
You’ve seen the HappyCoin posts here, and thought you missed your entry point after it shot up from an $11mil market cap to a $80mil one in 24 hours.
But what if I told you this is just the beginning to what will become one of the largest charity tokens in the BSC space? I bet you wanted to get in on Elongate or something similar before it pumped up to a 9 figure market cap, well now you have your chance with HappyCoin.
Over the next month, HappyCoin will be receiving a massive marketing push, much larger than anything done so far. With what the marketing team has done so far, HappyCoin touched a $100 Million market cap within 3 weeks, now imagine how it’ll be one month from now with what I’m about to tell you.
The founder is about to be in LA this Sunday, meeting up with some massive influencers like Jesse Wellens and Casey Neistat to promote HappyCoin, and if you already recognize those names, do I really need to stress how good they are at what they do. Because HappyCoin has such a positive use case, it has been a lot easier to bring on big names given the power of what this token can do for those in need.
Along with this, HappyCoin is being listed on a number of different exchanges as awareness about the coin continues to spread. HappyCoin has been listed on the LARGEST exchange in Europe, WhiteBIT, with marketing through all the channels WhiteBIT offers coming very soon. They’ve said that they are coming out on two more exchanges this month, rumoured to be Bilaxy AND BitMart, both with massive reach.
As for what HappyCoin has done so far, they have donated $90,000 in their first THREE WEEKS with another $50,000 being donated to the American Foundation of Sucide Prevention (massive organization) this Friday. They livestream every donation they make and do a short AMA with the organization after, you can watch them on Twitch!
HappyCoin isn’t aiming to be just any other charity token, they want it to be the prime example of what good crypto can do for the world, and with an AMA set for tomorrow and and a huge push set for next week, I invite you to check out what Happy, and come join the $HAPPY team before it takes off once more.

but no one got it.
But then they did a complete 1 AD.
It wasn't a typical bad team vs bad team game where the offensive players are trash and the low score is due to bad offenses rather than good defenses; these were 2 elite teams led by the 2 best defenses in the league led by 2 old-schooled defensive coaches and that made it exciting. It wasn't bad offense vs bad offense, it was great defense.
The defensive gameplans to triple AD and close off driving & passing lanes on the weakside, as well as the Lakers scheme of letting AD go one-on-one with Randle worked out well for each teams. It made both offenses play out their comfort zones and made every basket count that much more.
What do yall think?
Mainly for the pre-2000s kids. I feel like life was better before social media. As most people's world just revolved around a few local people who shared similar status and aspirations there was less global awareness and everyone had like their small world in which they lived but nowadays it's literally the entire world which has expanded the comparison scale from a few people to billions, cultural mixing is greater than ever, a person's social media existence has sort of become a key trait in a person's profile etc. What do you think?
** Please include a YES or a No in your answer. I want to know how it has affected you personally not what it has done for the world **
The Miami Heat are set to retire the “Vice” uniform Collection they’ve had the last four years. According to Heat Marketing Exec, Jennifer Alvarez, the Vice uniforms were a success:
> “The year that we released our first Vice uniform, we proved that the design on the front of a jersey can actually be just as powerful, if not more powerful, than the name on the back.”
Some other facts I found surprising about the collection:
Total revenue of the Vice era has doubled that of the Big Three era with more than $25 million in sales, according to the team.
In December 2020 alone, the Heat’s final ViceVersa installment accounted for one-third of the NBA’s total jersey sales revenue during the holiday season, generating $2.1 million, according to the team.
In May 2020, ESPN ranked the Vice collection (before the debut of the ViceVersa edition) at No. 8 on the list of the top 74 jerseys in the history of the NBA.
More than 650,000 Vice-themed items sold accounting for 67% of the franchise’s retail revenue, according to the Heat.
The team acknowledges that they’ve debated making the Vice theme permanent, but as of now, they’re retiring it for something new, which the team says that current players are looking forward to wearing.
Will miss the Vice jerseys. Of all the City uniforms, the Heat (& Jazz) did it the best!

Eu queria aprovação do meu pai.
... keep reading on reddit ➡It seems that all the moving around in the league recently hasn't gone unnoticed for Dame... Gotta give it to Dame, staying loyal in this era is surely the hardest thing to do. What do you think?
With the pre-patch quickly approaching, I need to find a new guild (and probably server) to continue on Classic Era realms. Since this subreddit and most discord servers are overrun with TBC discussion, does anyone know of a place where Classic Era players are gathering?
I'm not interested in trolling (LUL why are you staying in Classic there's nothing to do), just an answer of where to find the others like me that will be playing on level 60 servers for a long time.
