A list of puns related to "Chain stitch"
First time trying Tunisian entrelac: help me determine the number of chains. I was following a YouTube tutorial and they said sets of 10 + 2. I followed that and did 62 chains but Iβm missing number of chains for the last triangle.
Could anyone help me determine what should be the number of chains for working in a row if I want to include the two triangles for the edges.
I looked up some websites and they explained in terms of algebra, C = (2x-1)(y+1), where x is no. of stitches (width) and y is no. of blocks. But I donβt understand if this equation applies to rows with triangle edges.
Pictures have been attached for my trial one. I made 62 chains, a block contains 5 posts. In the picture, Iβve made 5 blocks and 1 initial triangle and im left with only 3 chains. I should have more than that in order to do the last triangle. I went back and forth multple times to check if I missed any stitches but canβt figure out what Iβm doing wrong.
Could anyone help me figure out what I did wrong if thereβs a better way to calculate the number of chains if I want triangles at the end. Or if thereβs a better technique all together.
Here are the pictures.
Hey guys quick post because I was browsing the site and I saw they did a restock on the quarter zips, personally my favorite so far so wanted to let everyone know too. Last I checked they had Medium left in gray and maroon and more sizes in the yellow. Hopefully you are able to get your sizes !
I am modifying the Carousel CAL from Stylecraft. The 2nd section is wedges connected with a sc/sl seaming the I could not get right, so I am using intarsia to create each wedge. I does make it smoother and no pesky seam that refused to line up. However, I do like the chains that originally defined the wedges.
So to add the "seams" decoratively I am planning to do just slip stitch. My question is does anyone know of a way to do the chain on both sides. I hate that the wrong side has no definition between the wedges (although the original didn't either).
Hey yβall.
Iβve never owned an ALD piece before.
I recently copped the chain stick sweat off Grailed in a Medium in burgundy but now am realizing I might have jumped the gun.
Anyone out there have input on the sizing?
For context, Iβm 5β9ish. 155lbs on the slimmer side. Iβm typically a Medium in brands like Universal Works, APC, Kitsune, etc.
But seeing that these in M run 27β in length seems crazy to me.
Did I fuck up? Should I have copped a small?
I like clothes to fit right and I donβt mind a βlooserβ fit from time to time but these sound super long. I measured 27β on me and it goes passed my crotch.
The seller on Grailed is insisting itβll be fine but wonβt send me any fit pics.
Any input would be appreciated ππΌππΌππΌππΌ
Has anyone gotten the letterman yet? I know there's been delays with orders but has anyone seen it in the shop or have any pictures of it?

I bought my gf a chain stitch machine and was wondering if anyone has a template for the shape to cut out of the table to set it in.
