I have an idea for Adamae that a certain period in its history Aluminium was used in most tools. I have two different scenarios to solve the production problem that made aluminium expensive preindustrial era.
A. A planet have abundance of aluminium in the form that's easier to extract with primitive technology.
B. Aluminium was scavenged form ruins of ancient civilisation that's capable of aluminium mass extraction
I don't know if option A is plausible or not for option B I'm not sure how well aluminium structure and objects can survive in the timeframe of ten thousands years
Already tried heating it up to red/orange and quenching it. did not work.

I want to know if it is possible to pour aluminium bronze onto aluminium, to create a two tone effect.
I have been reading up on the corrosive effects of copper coming into contact with aluminium, so I am wondering if aluminium bronze would work?
Has anyone done this before? Any tips, or concerns about this process would be appreciated.
