A list of puns related to "Unclean Spirit"
Family came over for the holiday and when they came I began to feel uneasy, I was fine all day then I immediately felt like something wasnβt right. The devil knows what to do to get me out of the room because when I start to not feel good I freak out and my blood pressure becomes high and I focus on myself. But when I noticed this I went to my room and prayed that what ever is evil in that house must leave in the name of Jesus. Shortly after those family members decided to leave saying they didnβt feel well and the next day they were invited over but they didnβt want to come.
I'm usually super-skeptical about claims of unclean spirits, but two nights ago my wife was having nightmares about "ghosts and witches in the house" and this morning I have scratches on my leg: five parallel scratches, sharp like claws and too wide for the cat to make. I couldn't have scratches myself because the scratch is sharper and I can't get my fingers to bend this way. They burn so I thought it was shingles until I looked at them.
I need some cleansing prayers, please.
And I'm going to be a lot less skeptical in the future.
There arenβt many r/NoSleep authors who make us jump up from our seats, screaming at our loved ones, βItβs up! The next part is up!!!β Dashing from our respective hobbies and workplaces to the nearest quiet room where we can sit and read what heβs put down.
u/Mandahrk is one of those writers.
Everything he writes is addictive and makes you want, or more often NEED to know what happens next. We waited with bated breath for each part of the Sex Worker series. The Homeownerβs Association reminded us all of why we hate HOAs and why we should continue to do so. And his series, I just found out that my family has been keeping a terrible secret from me, made us all just that much more distrustful of Djinns (we all secretly knew they were up to no good.)
Heβs blown us all away with incredible one-off masterpieces like 1st November, 1984 (Runner up β Most Immersive Story in 2020), My Grandfather Fought in the Second World War, and I should not have subscribed to my girlfriendβs only fans account.
And heβs thoroughly disgusted us in the best ways possible while reading stories like Just found the Strangest Thing in my Grandpaβs Asshole.
Some of these can be found in his new collection, βUnclean Spirits,β available on Amazon. I picked up a copy this morning free with my Kindle Unlimited subscription and am loving every second of it!
To celebrate this amazing milestone, we at TCC thought we would open things up for a littl

How are you people? I know I haven't posted anything on nosleep for a while. Life's been a little chaotic, and I've also been quite lazy. Will try to change that in the near future.
I've got some good news though. My first book has just been published. It's an edited collection of my best work, plus some brand new exclusive stories.

It's been over a year, and it's getting progressively worse. It started not long after accepting Jesus as my Lord and following Him.
Started off with slurring when reading the Bible, then unclean dreams, then rib pain, then muscle spasms in random places, then satan spooning me in bed in recurring dreams and horrific visions, having my insides punched from the inside out, burning skin: hands, eyes, feet, spontaneous arthritis, ears ringing, migraines, and now the worst chest pain in my life.
I've been kicked over in prayer, the room light up like a nuclear bomb (with my eyes closed) and ears rang like a bomb went off next to me. Whilst feeling as burning presence standing behind my left side. I've had bruises appear from nowhere and nails spontaneously die. I have felt like I have had writing etched in my forehead for the past year.
I've had other things happen I'm not even going to discuss here because I'd rather not go into it.
Don't comment if you are going to tell me to see a doctor, I don't use pharmakeia and ascribe to the medical serpent cult, and I don't want to hear it. I'm perfectly sane and lucid, I don't need to see anyone about my mental health, I need prayers.
I'm beginning to lose faith, I feel like the Lord has forsaken me, and I am angry, bitter, and worn out.
You canβt remember what they did to you. Your loneliness isnβt welcome here, you know, but still you walk the dream-lit village, looking for someone gentle enough. There must be an animal trapped under your shirt, you think, because little claws scratch against your chest and you throb there, but you're afraid to look because looking means remembering. You ask a man passing on the road to lift your shirt and check and he retches at what he sees, says the flesh there overflows, as if grinding its own meat, that strips of skin curl away from the wound like rot mushrooms growing on a tree, and he can't help you, you make him sick, he says, he has to go now, so you wander some more until you reach the gate, which is the end of who you could have been, the end of the dream of your body made full with starmilk, propelled by a heart of sea anemone. Youβll be hungry forever if you stay here, trying to hide your secret mouth from all this light. Before you can cross the gate into that dark valley, you must look at yourself. You can think of other words for red: crimson, cherry, scarlet. But there's no other name for blood, no name for a shame like this, its hiss of pain when you press your finger to it, the sweet stain it leaves on your fingertip. You just have to taste it.
Iβve been wondering this lately. I think Iβve read that there are different types of demons and even hierarchies. But what about βdeaf and muteβ spirits and βuncleanβ spirits? Are these demons?
This is all from "Key to the Science of Theology" by Parley Parker Pratt 1807-1857 (see his wiki), who was one of the earliest Mormon leaders and traveled around with founder Joseph Smith. Some of this may still be RLDS, but most of this I believe would be now considered FLDS.
--6 divisions of men (5 principle spheres + 1 "of those we need not speak") among the millions of worlds.
"The great family of man, comprising the inhabitants of unnumbered millions of worlds, in every variety and degree of progress, consists of five principal spheres, or grand divisions, in the scale of progressive being, viz.β First. The Gods, composed of embodied spirits, who inhabit tabernacles of immortal flesh and bones in their most refined state, and who are perfected in all the attributes of intelligence and power. Second. The Angels, who are also composed of spirits and immortal flesh and bones, less refined, and endowed with vast intelligence and power, but not a fulness." (p. 63)

--Spirits are good or evil and there are different grades, according to the following:
"Spirits are those who have departed this life, and have not yet been raised from the dead. These are of two kinds, viz.βGood and evil. These two kinds also include many grades of good and evil." (p.114)
"Whereas, spirits not worthy to be glorified will appear without this brilliant halo ; and, although they often attempt to pass as angels of light, there is more or less of darkness about them." (p. 115)

--There is a large section about "unclean spirits" (as Melanie Gibb said they were called, but later called zombies):
"The more wicked of these are the kind spoken of in Scripture, as ''foul spirits" "unclean spirits" spirits who afflict persons in tHe flesh, and engender various diseases in the human system. They will sometimes enter human bodies, and will distract them, throw them into fits, cast them into the water, into the fire, &c. They will trouble them with dreams, nightmare, hysterics, fever, &c. They will also, deform them in body and in features, by convulsions, cramps, contortions, &c,..." (p. 115+)

I cannot tell you how many blogs there are out there by Christian fundamentalists accusing Shiva and the Hindu gods as demonic entities or videos on Youtube proclaiming Buddha is a servant of Satan (under the wrong assumption that Siddartha Guatma is worshipped as the God of Buddhism), etc with frequent citation of Deuteronomy 32:17 and Psalm 106:37 as proof.
With that said I am curious on the Jewish pov? Is Shedim correctly translated as demons like most English translations of the bible state the verses?
Or is there so much misunderstanding on shedim and "demonology" of Judaism by Christians? If shedim is correctly translated as demons, do they apply to all other Gods including Amaterasu, Mithras, Ganesh, Zeus, the Trinity of Christianity, and Allah (even if Muslims and Christian believe they are the same as Yahweh)? Or are they only region-specific around Israel and the border countries around her today?
>43Β βWhen the unclean spirit has gone out of a person, it wanders through waterless regions looking for a resting place, but it finds none.Β 44Β Then it says, βI will return to my house from which I came.β When it comes, it finds it empty, swept, and put in order.Β 45Β Then it goes and brings along seven other spirits more evil than itself, and they enter and live there; and the last state of that person is worse than the first. So will it be also with this evil generation.β
Matthew 12
An Unclean Spirit are evil spirits that make people do evil things.
When they pass by, they spread madness across many people. They canβt harm people because theyβre spirits and they canβt be killed by combat nor age since theyβre spirit (unless by you).
Only way for YOU to kill them is by Divine Light (much like how you kill zombies or demons). They have an HP of 200, and they have traits of Deceitful, given their wicked and evil nature.
I'm happy to announce that another of our favorite Nosleep authors is now officially published! I'm pretty sure you know them from the amazing series I just found out that my family has been keeping a terrible secret from me, 1st November, 1984 and/or Manpig.
βUnclean Spirits" by u/Mandahrk was published by Velox and it's available on Amazon. Also, there's an AMA going on on TCC.
I'm working with Velox on my first book as well so, if you haven't yet, please subscribe to be notified when we have a release date!
