Who here meditates?! I knew I loved GVF from the beginning, but this song really opened my heart towards them even more. They have the same views on life as I do!

Dharma is the eternal and inherent nature of reality, regarded in Hinduism as a cosmic law underlying right behavior and social order. It is also taught in Buddhism. And I take carbon dancing through time as, we are but atoms and gases. We are of the earth.
"Ram, ram, ram, ram"
Ram is the mantra of the manipura (navel or solar plexus) chakra. You chant this when meditating on healing the solar plexus. Every Chakra has a different chant. The most common one that everyone relates to meditation with is the Ohm. You know, oooohmmm.. This chant is when meditating on the Third Eye Chakra.
"To comet across the blistering hue, Beyond the spaces of false and true, Away from the world we have riddled with scars, To be wholly free and amongst the stars"
This is how I feel when I meditate. A time to be away from the world that we have ruined. To be with the stars.

We really are tied to everything. We are all connected. There is much more to this life than we can understand. Western culture and western medicine has deterred us from searching within. We are a soul, experiencing life as a human for now. We are the universe.

This mantra instils confidence and promotes peace and harmony.

Anyone know why they deleted the live version of Trip the Light Fantastic off of their Youtube recently? I actually loved it more than the studio recording and I wonder why it got removed.
This is probably my favorite GVF song, mainly because of the drumming and the backing vocals, and the overall sound. I love it when you can hear the other 3 sing. Also, the final chorus on this song is my favorite thing on this album.
What instrument is being played in the intro for Trip the Light Fantastic? It sounds very interesting to me.

I looked up the song and the first result was a scene from Mary Poppins Returns called "Trip a Little Light Fantastic". Sounds like a reference to me.

So I was listening to early episodes of MBMBAM and realized they say “trip a little light fantastic” and I realized that someone could hypothetically recreate the new Mary poppins song using Audio clips from MBMBAM
Sage advice from MIL. I don’t know how my baby is supposed to form a habit if she doesn’t really sleep even when it is dark and quiet in the first place. I’m glad that worked for your baby but it’s not working for mine. She needs her quiet dark space and that’s okay.
