So I've been spamming ironclad ascension recently and have taken a liking to the Rampage card and after staring at it so many times it clicked in my head that its a pun since the damage ramps up. I have no idea if its just so obvious that no one mentions it but yeah just something I suddenly noticed.

Necessary premises

This is my attempt to keep the thread civil; it's probably to no avail because haters will hate and ragers will rage, but I'll try anyway: while reading thist post, try and keep the following concepts stuck in your mind.

• This post is merely a collection of subjective statements, everything you read here is just my perspective and I'm not that arrogant to think that I'm the bearer of the truth. • I'm not even a streamer so I'm totally unknown to the community, so I realize nobody cares if I leave Hearthstone; this is to say: save yourself the sarcastic "you'll be missed" kind of replies, because it's pretty obvious that the point of this post isn't to "announce my retirement".

• With this post, I want to leave one last feedback to the game's developers and to Blizzard itself; a (hopefully) worthy contribution to the a game I loved.

• It's a personal way for me to say goodbye to the game; a release-valve, if you will. I just feel like I have to do it before I go, I don't really care if this gets buried in downvotes or gets ignored altogether.

• [edited in at a later time] I just realized that the post might sound like I think I know better then the devs. On the contrary: they are professionals, it's their job to design games, and they are among the best around at that, there's probably very good reasons behind every decision they took from the game's inception to the upcoming expansion. It's just that it was fun to express how I envisioned Hearthstone instead.

I did mad things to obtain that beta key in 2013, I was so excited for Hearthstone: Blizzard has been my favorite developer for a long time now, and being an ex Magic: the gathering player as well as an ex World of Warcraft player, you can imagine how Hearthstone looked like a wet dream to me, and I'm sure many among us share this same experience.

In some ways, it has been exactly that! I played Hearthstone every day for four years straight, I probably never missed a single quest until very recently, I built every deck, collected nearly every card; played every game mode; kept up with every news; and

Everyone has been going crazy about Gamestop's NFT marketplace, Loopring's Q4 partnership announcement with a "premium" partner and all of this has been happening while the world is shifting their consensus about crypto. Many of you don't realize it but congress had a meeting not long ago for the sole purpose of mass adopting crypto into the financial system. Crypto is coming. Companies are beginning to realize this. Elon Musk's crypto pumps earlier this year were just a signal for the much less vocal parties adapting the same thing. He wants to be the one who said, "Well I told you." because he's a degen.

Anyway, it's very possible that the Loopring Q4 report "worth 10 quarterly reports" is based around multiple companies adapting crypto. The reason Gamestop is so heavily involved is simply because of Matt Finestone who was basically the bridge between the two.

Lamborghini tweeting to the moon and "soon" on the SAME day LRC announced fiat ramp and wallet is fucking crazy. What has been the theme around meme stocks and crypto for the past few years? "Lambo or ramen" Something big is coming to the crypto world and that world being bridged by Gamestop and LRC is a beautiful thing to be apart of.

I don't believe Gamestop is partnering with just Loopring. They are going to be partnering with a number of companies and they're all going to be coming together thanks to blockchain.

For those that don't know, LRC is not a coin, it's a token.

• Company ABC comes in and says, "I want to be able to earn BTC in my store"
• Loopring says mkay:
• Customer swipes their card-> debit card(cash) -> LRC -> BTC

The customer did not own BTC or LRC. However, the store just received BTC for the customer's CASH purchase thanks to LRC's protocol.

#Please read through this FAQ before attempting to set up the new Counterfactual (L2-only) Wallet

‼️ IMPORTANT Do NOT attempt to delete the app and re-install to fix a bug or problem with the wallet once you have transferred funds to your new address.

The counterfactual wallet relies on the official Loopring Guardian to recover the wallet if you delete it, which will require deploying the full (L1+L2) wallet in order to accomplish this, which will incur multiple gas-fees to deploy and recover.

1️⃣ Is there a cost to set up the (L2) Counterfactual Wallet?

No. There is no fee to create, but there is a minimum deposit required

There is a small gas cost for us to deploy and activate the Loopring L2 account, however for the immediate future we are subsidizing this cost and making all new (CF) wallet creations free.

There is however a minimum deposit required in order to activate your L2 account (~50 LRC), but this will not be deducted, and will show up in your wallet when activated

This is to reduce spam attacks as there is a small gas fee that we are paying/subsidizing on the back end to deploy this account

2️⃣ What is the "Ask a Friend" option to Activate the L2 Counterfactual Wallet?

Ask a Friend allows anyone to send funds to your new L2-only address in order to Activate your new Loopring L2 wallet.

‼️IMPORTANT These funds need to be sent from a Loopring L2 activated wallet, do not attempt to send funds directly from a CEX or other L1 wallet to this address‼️

This doesn't necessarily have to be a friend. It can also be another wallet address that you own (ie. a MetaMask that already has Loopring L2 activated) that can send funds as a "transfer" on L2 to your new address in order to activate it.

🌟 NOTE Currently there is no fee charged to activate your Loopring L2 account (see #1️⃣ above) - there is only a minimum deposit required of 50 LRC - but whatever funds that are sent to your new address will appear in your new L2 wallet once activated (less the minimal L2 transfer fee) - but this may change in the future.

3️⃣ I have funds on Coinbase (or another CEX), how do I get them to the new CF wallet?

You have two options to do this:

✅ 1) Sell your crypto/funds on Coinbase (or other CEX) back to your bank account / fiat source + then set up a new Counterfactual Wallet using the in-app integrated Fiat on-

Activated and purchased my first L2 LRC with the on ramp today. Both my credit card and debit card were denied after triple checking spelling, numbers, and billing address. I contacted support and the agent stated those two have been the biggest, denying crypto purchases. Attempted with my debit from a smaller credit union and worked first time.

DeFi is the future and LRC is, inevitable.

I want to get a comprehensive list going of all the edh playable cards that can counter ramp strategies that don’t include things like [[armageddon]]. I’m thinking things like [[confounding conundrum]], [[keldon firebombers]], [[price of progress]], [[zozu the punisher]], [[cemetery gatekeeper]] just to name a few. I want to avoid cards that are like 3-4 mana that only destroy one land as well, because i dont consider those to be super effective in edh with 4 players. DISCLAIMER : As of the moment, the Counterfactual wallet is not totally free. We all know that green has the best ramp, and white and red have the worst ramp, with red being slightly better, if not overall better than white. My question, is between blue and black, which have the OVERALL better ramp. I know that on the high end of the scale, black is probably better with it's mana doublers and sac outlets. But blue does have some pretty good artifact based ramp as well. What do you all think?

From my understanding we were waiting for 2 fiat ramps to be complete before the NFT marketplace is ready for launch. 1 was done about 2 weeks ago and I believe this is the last one. This means that the NFT marketplace is ready.

Loopring + Gamestop = partnership. Loopring is releasing a wallet on L2 that has very low gas fees (I have a smoll wee wee). Loopring is going to release the wallet the sametime as the NFT marketplace so that its user friendly. The L2 wallet was delayed because they were waiting for 2 fiat on ramps. Those ramps are now complete.
