A list of puns related to "Pulse Rate"
All, i started feeling pulps in dec last year and didnt know what they were. Recent visit to cardio mentioned that it could be PVC and suggested holter, echo and stress test and i am waiting for them.
One thing which i did was when that happened recently, i took a ECG on my apple watch which i printed and showed to cardiologist. He said based on what he saw on that it is PVC. My EKG at the cardio clinic came normal.
My question is, when this happens, I notice that my heart rate dips into 50's for few seconds and when the impending doom feeling and pulps pass, it goes back to what ever it was earlier. Is this dipping in HR part of PVC? has anyone else noticed it?
What's up there, my Old Faithfuls.
u/StarDustLuna3D brought up elevated heart rate as grounds for deferral.
I've been deferred on the same grounds (heart rate and blood pressure).
I read that potassium helps with blood pressure issues, so I started taking potassium supplements, and a month after my most recent deferral, I flew through the screening, no issues at all, pressure and pulse way under the limits.
Obviously: 1) check with your doctor before making big changes to your diet, especially if those changes involve supplements, 2) what works for me might not work for everyone, and 3) correlation is not causation.
This is just a data point which I hope might help deferred would-be donors to make it into the chair.
As always, what do we say to the god of death?
"Not today, you fucking thief."
Hey guys.
Long story short, I am able to "hear" or feel my pulsations very easily lol. I had this for a long time now. But I thought it was normal till today. That I counted how many I had per minute. Fucking 108-115. I know it is not that much so I wanted to ask if it has happened to someone else and yeah every advice would be appreciated lol
Hello everyone! So long story short Iβm fully vaccinated but not boosted and tested positive for Covid on Christmas Eve. Was feeling pretty sick but nothing crazy!
Christmas morning was feeling dizzy and short of breath and ended up blacking out. Thankfully my mom was there and helped me and my sister poured cold water on my forehead until I started feeling better! Took about an hour and a half to feel back to baseline.
The last few days my pulse has been lower than usual like around 60s to 70s when I normally sit around 85-95. Iβm wondering if I may have fainted from my pulse dropping really low.
Iβm just worried and wondering if anyone else has experienced this! I obviously will be following up with my doctor but just looking for some insight!
I literally bought this heart rate monitor to, you know, monitor my heart rate... so I don't understand why when I force-sync... (open app, pull down) under "LATEST MEASUREMENTS" it still has an average HR from yesterday... and a latest HR measurement from yesterday.
Can anyone tell me why? Or what language in the app is inaccurate and requires update & clarification?
Thanks so much.
I am 5 weeks into test e cycle of 250 mg a week and noticed my HR shoots to 162 under 4.6 speed on treadmill and within 6 minutes. My diastolic was 90 only 2 weeks into the cycle. I feel my heart beat more pronounced and aggressive while resting. My resting HR feels around 90 always when i check my pulse. Not sure if i halt the cycle or take some meds.
I feel confident in all other vital signs, I dont know if I am doing it wrong but when ever I take pulse, I can feel it and then it disappears for a while and then becomes irregular. Other people taking the pulse with me at the same time do not feel this.
Has anyone experienced this? And can anybody give me advice on this. Thanks!!
I don't understand. This game ran perfectly on my ps5 and now after a few updates. I can't use the pulse rifle without severe frame rate issues.
I've been on latuda for almost 9 months. So far it has worked better for me than any other meds I've been on. The only exception is that a concern was brought up from another test I had done about my fluctuating pulse rate. Also my body temperature readings at every doctor appointment has been low. The last reading I had on Wednesday was the lowest it's ever been 86.9Β°. I haven't thought much of it until I was looking up side effects of Latuda, and saw hyperthermia as a side effect. Has anyone else had this issue, is it common, or something to be concerned about? TIA for reading!
Iβve been having what Iβd call a low frequency migraine today. Pain is subtle, but there. Mostly eye pain. But I havenβt done much today and I got up to make tea and did a few dishes and noticed I was feeling bad. I checked my bp when I was done. I have a history of issues with hypertension but currently not on meds because itβs been fine but I still keep check on it to be sure itβs ok. Anyways my pressure was 121/80 but my pulse rate was 115bpm, which is a little high Iβd say. Is this common with migraines or no? Iβve kinda been wondering about arrhythmia lately (itβs been high a few other times as well and afib does run in my dadβs side) as is but wanted to rule this out as being a migraine thing before I got too worried.
Im currently saving up a lot of BC cause im F2p. Can anyone tell me when Nanami-Pulse is gonna get a rate up again?
I'm not freaking out about it too much anymore. My body will do what it has to do, I guess. Learning to surrender to the w/d symptoms seems weird (in a good way) to me...anyone else?
is this sacrifice going to be worth it? at this point you're buying pulse for probably more than it's going to cost at launch, i sacrificed 7000 which was insane but now thats 20 000 or so, it's getting scary, soon that airdrop is going to be more expensive than the launching price.
as the sacrifice was based onthe current value of hex right? so you get a predetermined amount of pulse in my case i get around 40 million meaning i paid 20 000 dollars for 40 million pulse tokens, soon it's going to be overpriced
i'm not complaining i made the choice but i feel it's worth mentioning and talking about, is this sacrifice going to be the opposite of what it was supposed to be? say hex reaches a dollar by the time pulse launches that means i paid 40 000 dollars for 40 million pulse.

Hi folks, anybody ever monitored their pulse rate on stimulant medications with one of those devices you put on a finger that measures blood oxygen levels and pulse rate ?
I just bought one for my 93 year old father ...
I tried it out on myself ... Iβve been on 30 mg of vyvanse for years ...
The difference in my pulse rate in the morning before I take my medication me later in the day was huge ... like 20 beats a minute higher .. from 69 to 89
It will go as high as 105 if Iβm talking to someone ..
Iβm alarmed ... Iβve just read that adhd stimulants are expected to raise your pulse a few beats a minute, like 6 or 7 ... and that if it raises it more it can cause serious cardiovascular problems ....
Why did my GP never suggest that I monitor this ??
Iβm on AdHD forums a lot and I donβt recall reading about this
Started taking amlodipine 5mg and BP is down plus no side effects (so far β¦ fingers crossed). My husband takes it, too. But both of us have increased pulse rate. Mine is typically fast (80 bpm) and is now a little higher but still under 90. My husband has been taking the medication, too, but for a longer time. His normal pulse is 60 to 70 but for the last few weeks he is lucky to keep it under 100 β¦ barely. His EKG rhythm is fine, just fast. Is this normal? Is it a drug side effect?
