A list of puns related to "Public Nuisance"
Let's see SOMETHING happen

I've seen people being arrested/detained for way less. I don't understand.
Edit: Please note that I specified "crazy"
I have nothing against people peacefully expressing their opinion, I am not really a fan of censorship.
Yeehaw
I made a post about how I handled matters with my dad who is a covid denier and anti-vaxxer. Unknowingly sort of followed Dr K's tips 6-7 months ago, ended up fighting and stopped talking to him for months. The 1st comment was "Congrats on growing a spine, I'm against people who don't speak up like this" It made me so uncomfortable that I deleted the post.
I know how people like my dad are being absolute idiots, but I also understand how his cynical distrust stems from so much trauma, a father who abandoned him and a mother who is a sadist, to say the least. If people genuinely care about society's well-being then please stop telling others what is the right thing to do. You can always gently share your views, but forcing your opinions in the name of " the right thing" is sometimes moral policing and performative activism.
How many have given up poultry; meat and seafood, stopped buying from fast fashion, and living sustainably to reduce climate change and unpaid labour? It's a threat to our existence and in the meantime causing almost irrevocable damage. I eat plant-based and live a sustainable life compared to the average, majority of arguments I hear from others who refuse to do the same say "it's my personal choice". And you know what they're correct, similar are people like my dad, also I'm Indian and here plenty of court verdicts have come up stating vaccination is a personal choice.
We all are doing something morally wrong, we all are hypocrites. How long are we going to villainize people with opposing views from ours for all the bad things that are happening in the world? Compassion and non-judgment is the way, not moral policing and performative activism.
Edit- I'm 100% pro-vaccine. I'm not easing on the vaccine issue. Only 25% have been fully vaccinated in India. People have questions, but no one has answers. This is the Indian government's fault, not vaccines, but please don't assume just because people in the US can handle these complications that means everyone in the rest of the world can do the same. The reality here is the people with wealth have been vaccinated using their sources, then there are a couple of state governments that care, rest of the general public don't even bother to wear a mask anymore let alone get vaccinated, we can't afford vaccines. Things are unnecessarily complicated here. I just hope things get better here, you guys in the US are blessed.
We purchased a home over the summer, the previous owner is getting letters from the city which are public nuisance violations (you can see the title through the envelope window).
They have other properties and developments in progress which Iβm pretty sure this relates to.
Iβve messaged the previous owner but no response.
Do I just send them back to the city?
Who could have known that trying to squeeze a suburban-style drive-thru into a tiny German Village office parking lot would result in traffic congestion all the way back to the Grant Street intersection during peak hours? Who could have possibly seen that coming?

I'm hoping to get some advice on behalf of a friend of mine (I'll call her Ray - fake name)
Ray is currently up in Queensland, and recently was charged with public nuisance, and arrested for non-compliance, due to her being topless/having her breasts exposed.
The officers asked her for ID, and she provided a passport. The officers surveyed the passport, returned it to Ray, then went to look for paperwork in order to issue a fine. The officers returned having found they did not have the paperwork required, and again requested the passport.
Ray questioned why the passport was required a second time, and the officer stated that she was now under arrest. After reading her rights, the officers began to pull her towards the police vehicle. Ray requested that she be allowed to first lock her car which contained many of her belongings. The officers stated she was resisting arrest.
Two fines were issued - one for public nuisance, and the other for obstructing a police officer in the performance of their duties.
I'd like to know generally how these cases go, where the public nuisance charge is used (in a round about way) to prosecute the legal activity of peaceful public nudity. I'm also wondering if any of the officers' actions stand out as potential misconduct?
Thanks in advance for any advice.
Here are some examples of First Amendment Audit Channels:
We have the cellphone autotune rap in some of our most iconic spots, bluetooth speakers in World Heritage sites and now every park has some MLM mum or wannabe trainer taking a FUCKING LOUD boombox to a park and using it as their outdoor studio!?
A private business taking over a section of park (in todays case a rainy day so they had the whole covered area, fuck the mums with kids that tried to come use it) is cheeky. Having music so loud it was uncomfortable (and I like music, build speakers etc!) is just rude.
Raaaaant

Here is my message to them and their reply. Contains no personal info.
