When I arrived to live in Italy and promised myself to master pizza! Now I make pizza once a week and I make 4 dough balls and enough tomato sauce to freeze. A good tomato sauce should cook slow, so is better to make a lot and freeze, and. Pizza dough lasts 4 days in fridge covered w/plastic film.

Just realized that the magic of transparent wood isn't windows for houses, it's being able to replace non-recyclable plastic windows in packaging... transparent wood FILMs that can break down in landfills. Guess it depends on the epoxy used.

Been reading (and doing some of my own experiments) with transparent wood, and while I was opening a plastic package today, started wondering if transparent wood and bio-compatible epoxies might actually work out well for product packaging... making the packaging appealing to the eye, but still biodegradable.

Does anyone know if arrow films send replacement cases ? I got the last Donnie Darko at my Best Buy and when I opened the inside the plastic is broken. The plastic that keeps the disc holder in place for disc 1 is broken. Would they replace you think ?

PD3220U plastic film sticking out, can I just remove it?

Like most (if not every) PD3220U buyer I have an ugly sort of plastic film sticking out at the bottom of the monitor, between the "glass" panel and the frame, it's hard to understand how it can pass quality control for a monitor that expensive but that's another story.

Did any one just peeled it out? Can I do that or will I damage the thing? It really triggers me to have that horrible thing on such an expensive monitor !

Shredded plastic mulch film everywhere in garden. What should I do??

My roommate and I have lived in this house for years and I’ve finally decided to amend the severely neglected garden in our backyard (the previous owner had a garden, but we never tried to upkeep it). When I started pulling out weeds I noticed tiny bits of plastic mulch/ sheet covering everywhere.

I’ve never gardened before and I’m not sure if this is something I should be worried about. Will this affect the soil? If so, how can I get it out?? I’m not sure if it biodegradable or not.
