Hey guys I am currently trying to stay on my clean eating diet.
Yet I am seeing that a lot of sugar free products contain palm oil or palm kernel oil i have heard these oils should not be consumed in any form because they contain trans fat is that true?
Some of these products are labeled as zero trans fat.
Hi all, we normally do slabs and driveways but have been asked to supply concrete palm kernels of around 6' wide 6' high and 1ft deep, angled from the base to the top so the top is only about 6". We get lots of leftover and free concrete ideal for these sorts of projects so thinking to make the mold on the floor so we can slew right out of the truck, then float off the backs. Was thinking of using LVL laminate timber for the sides and base as I can get it 1' wide for the sides and I can get big sheets 1.5" thick for the base, but it will result in a sticky finish. Without going to the expense of a steel mold (may have to) wondered if anyone else has made something similar, what I could seal the timber face with so I can use a generic release agent. I was thinking fibreglass but not sure, I've done zero concrete molds before.
Has anyone here tried palm kernel oil?
