A list of puns related to "Mottling"
Im 46 ive eaten food with gluten in all my life no problem until june 2021 when i started to get blotchy red rash on chest and neck.
If i take an antihistamine it will take it down
Wondering if its gluten issue? Do folks get rashes from having gluten?
Hi all, wondering if anyone has had a reaction like this. I have a (what I consider) mild egg allergy. If I accidently eat even a tiny bit of egg in food I get mildly dizzy and confused and my skin goes a bit grey and mottled like I can see a web of red veins (mild but noticeable). My doctor just said take some antihistamine when it happens but I've never heard of this kind of allergy before? Should I be more worried?
Iβve tried 2530 from candlewic, but its glass adhesion is abysmal (itβs got hundreds of tiny wet spots), and Iβve tried IGI 2281 from Lone Star, but I canβt get it to mottle
I wondered if anyone could help. I do a lot of epoxy resin work but thought I would start exploring jesmonite. So far all of my casts (except one, weirdly) have come out with this mottled effect. I have no idea why.
I have followed all troubleshooting tips - mixing throughly (I am yet to get a shear so just using a stick, maybe that is why?) I am measuring it out properly, adding the powder bit by bit etc. I am mixing for at least 5-10 minutesβ¦ Can anyone help? Itβs driving me crazy! It's AC100 and I'm using jesmonite pigments. I just want a flat opaque surface. Thank you!

For the past couple of years, I've been experiencing a lot of symptoms which may or may not be related. (They're all over the place.)
First it was the skin mottling ('livedo reticularis'). It began on my arms, then appeared on my legs about a year later. It doesn't seem to be caused by extremes in temperature and can be very prominent when I'm perfectly comfortable.
I've also been having a mix of joint and nerve pain - primarily in my lower back, hips and knees. Both sides are involved, but usually not at the same time.
Next, I've experienced cognitive decline. My memory absolutely sucks and I can't learn new things. I've lost two jobs due to this. I was once a reasonably intelligent person, but that person is gone.
I could probably write a 'War and Peace' about all of my other maladies, but I'll leave it at that so as not to bore anyone.
I still have no dx. Along with the usual bloodwork, I've had coagulation studies and testing for various autoimmune conditions. Twice. All findings were normal with the exception of the usual wonky rbc values due to a trait I carry for a blood disorder.
When my dr. ordered the autoimmune panels, she included Lyme disease. Since my symptoms have been unrelenting, she recently ordered a third, but this time only wrote it for ANA and yet again...Lyme disease. I've yet to have it done, but will do so soon.
Of course, I keep forgetting to ask her why the tests for Lyme disease (because I can't remember squat). I've never had a bullseye rash. Just skin mottling on my arms and legs. I'm not sure if any of my other symptoms are consistent with Lyme disease.
So...does Lyme disease always involve a bullseye rash? Can it manifest as skin mottling? Finally, why the multiple tests?
Thanks in advance for any and all responses...
