A list of puns related to "Mechanical Vibration"
Recently I was brainstorming a product that involves components that damp vibrations + flex according to light human pressure. There will be elements of acoustics as a result of such pressure as well.
I am curious of working with a mechanical engineer (or even just learn the specialization ourselves since we have designers and engineers on the team) that specializes in such niche.
I don't want to sound like a fool in my search, so I have some questions
Is this specialization something that requires hiring a MechE with such niche, or is it something that most general MEs can handle and understand?
What are some good resources, books, course, etc, that can help me get some more context on such a specialization?
What should I know about this that I have not asked yet?
If this is a niche for certain MEs, what is this "niche" called in professional terms?
Thank you so much, and apologies for the dumb questions.

I'm taking the course right now and have a few questions regarding the course overall. Just shoot me a message if you have taken the course.
can someone recommend me the best book out of these 3
1)Palm, Mechanical Vibration
3)Thomson, Theory of Vibration with Applications
Hi all, started my vibrations class a couple of weeks ago and my university is forcing me to take it asynchronously. This means the only real resources I have are the recorded lectures which really donβt help me learn. Does anyone know of a good youtube channel that explains vibrations well?
