I would like to get someone else in here to take this empty room I don't use.
The current lease for the room will start 1/4 (or after) and would end at the end of July (7/31/2022). Perfect for Short Lease or Coming from Out of Town. I am looking for someone to take the second bedroom who can be on the rest lease period. No gender preference.
What I am looking for:
- Price Range: $720 (Rent + Electric/Internet/Gas/Water) + Renter Insurance. | I'll take care of Utilities
- Pet Friendly: Yes. I have a 10+-year-old Jack Russell. The apartments allow up to one more animal at 40$ per month.
- I don't smoke and have no smoking preference. If you smoke, the lease states to do it outside
- Location: Yorktown Apartments.
- Floorplan: https://imgur.com/sbVOdgk | Bedroom 2 would be yours. | Shared Living Room/Dining/Bath
- Close to West Towne Mall and the Beltline/Highway. Good Location to get downtown quickly as well.
- In-Unit Washer/Dryer
