Will normal landing crafts be completely replaced by hovercrafts for amphibious assaults?
I’m asking this cuz nowadays I’ve only seen one video of a landing craft being used in modern training while a bunch of hovercraft training videos.

Do yall see a possibility of a carrier assault on here, something like the Pacific theater, lots of landing craft and tanks that float. Id say 50% air power 35% infantry fighting 15% armored combat is how the majority would play, again just my opinion, what're yalls thoughts?
