I'm planning to purchase a brand new mid-range gaming laptop from Lamington Road, Mumbai. So I need some help from you folks before I make a purchase.
So I decided what model of laptop I need(Acer Aspire 7) and I searched online for stores in Lamington Road and contacted few of them through WhatsApp. One of them quoted its price as 50k and on online it's available at 56k. I liked it and decided to go there in person and see if its genuine or not and then only I will make a purchase.
So now I need help regarding what should I do when I enter the shop and make sure that I don't get duped by the seller.
So here are few of my questions:

Firstly, Once I entered the shop can anyone tell me how the process goes there. I have heard that they ask for 2k registration and all that. So, what if I paid the 2k and after bringing the laptop I didn't liked it, will I get my 2k back?

Once they unseal the laptop box, how can I make sure that the laptop is genuine and not an OEM model or they altered the components inside the laptop?

Can somebody explain me the difference between GST bill and without GST bill and if I take without GST bill then can I claim for warranty from the Acer store (this is important). Also, I will purchase 2 year additional warranty too(He told me that its available), so if I take without GST bill then will there be an issue in 3 years to claim it if my laptop corrupts in future?

Suppose if I purchased the laptop, brought it home and I used to for 3-4 days, after using it I didn't liked it or found some fault, can I return it to the shop and will I get the entire refund back?
These are few my doubts so please help me so that I don't get duped by them.
