Is it me or is there a lack of labrinth music scenes in this season? I remember each episode of the first season had a big musical moment with Labrinth’s music to carry it…now there are only glimpses of that, mainly tracks from the last season too.
And when new tracks are added to a scene they never last more than 5 second for example « yall know what’s up » the new song we heard a lot more of in the trailers.
I’m not necessarily complaining but is this a new pattern for this season? I know Sam wants to tone down the whimsical element of the series (less makeup, more grounded…) so perhaps that’s one of the reasons🤔?
I even wonder if this season’s album will have as much tracks as the last one at this point.

So the outro- song of ep 2 sounded like a new sound of his? Correct me if im wrong but i believe this is the first new song of this season. Ima be so upset if there isn't a whole new album by Labrinth and they just keep using the soundtrack from the first season...
was really hoping we’d have a new album and I think there will be one released but I was kinda expecting to hear Labrinth by episode 2 at least considering we heard him right away in S1
rewatching season 1 rn so think i’m feeling extra nostalgic for the first album lol

After seeing the strangers by nature chord analysis vid a few weeks ago, it tangentially reminded me of this absolutely brilliant song from a few years back Jealous by Labrinth. The whole thing but especially the bridge section I think would be really fun to have broken down in the Charles Cornell style!
I was just wondering if Labrinth is in charge of the soundtrack for season 2 and if that’s the case, how will the music be released? weekly? all at once? Thanks!

Just listened to the original soundtrack album from beginning and I am blown away. I feel like Euphoria wouldn't have been Euphoria without Labrinth or any other other song they chose to play in the show. As a musician I feel like this is going to have a lot of impact on how I sound, this has just become one of my favorite albums!!
