There's been some speculation about whether the Dualsense is going to be trackable by the PSVR2 headset. There's clearly a light bar on the face of the controller that doesn't seem to have much purpose if it isn't going to be used for tracking. Sure, it lights up different colors to give you charging information or to differentiate between multiple controllers that are being used, but there is still a chance that the VR team snuck it in to the controller with PSVR2 in mind!
The argument against this is that those LEDs are just normal visible-light LEDs and the won't have enough IR light to be tracked. Can someone who owns an IR camera please turn their Dualsense light bar to max and take a picture in IR? That way, we can all see whether the light bar is visible in IR and we can start getting our hopes up!

Might be the wrong sub, but thought I'd ask here first.
I'm based in the UK and I'm looking for some help on how to get the right equipment with the correct parameters, at a cheap cost in order to help improve my TBI cognitive issues. If you have any ideas of products, lights, pads, bulbs etc to buy, please do share!
Ideally my budget is Β£1-200 to start with to experiment, then may increase to Β£4-600 if I find it helpful for my issues.
I'm not really looking for tedious DIY projects, I may make some sort of helmet to hold the LED lights in certain areas around my head, but that would be it. If you, a friend or another reddit user you know of has benefited neurologically from using certain low cost products, lemme know please. As all this working out irradiance mw/cm2, J/cm2 and finding a reliable supplier and product is doing my head in... :)
Vielight and Medx are the two brands that have had their transcranial devices used in PBM brain studies. I find the price for these devices astronomically expensive, I was told by a vielight representative that you should expect the device to only last for 4 years (prices range from $1.7-5k for the product range!) , and, if the device breaks after the 1 year warranty, they will not repair it. Very expensive and risky investment if you want to resell imo. I know you know exactly what you're getting with these devices but if feasible, I'd prefer to find an alternative at a fraction of the cost or at least a 1/3rd!
Products I've looked at:
I've been trying to think outside the box and have been looking at - grow lights (don't quite offer enough IR spectrum), infrared illuminators, therabulbs, infrared pads (ratio of 1:2 of red and infrared LEDs), infrared LED bulbs (typical 24w and 56w one you find on amazon or ebay, as well as the new therabulb LED); alibaba for helmets, pads, infrared caps, that emit either both 650nm and/or roughly 800-850nm.
I'm also looking for device that has the option of applying a pulse rate of 10hz, or even better, an adjustable pulse rate from 10-100hz for example. It seems many pads/belts on alibaba offer 660&850nm and 10hz pulse rate . You can get a 810nm helmet with adjustable pulse rate from 1-10,000hz for around Β£600 including delivery. Even the vielight only offers 10hz (neuro alpha) or 40hz (gamma).

I just got banned for supporting Corbyn in r/communism and r/communism101. Even though I'm a full-on tankie (pro China, USSR, North Korea, etc) I was told I'm a "social fascist" purely because I put "Corbynite" in my User Flair. How nonsensical is that; extremely childish, soy and pathetic! I share the ideology and philosophy of these people yet I got banned because apparently supporting Corbyn is "social fascism." I presume, since all of us in this subreddit are tankies who, like Haz, support populism and patriotism, we would be disliked by r/communism and r/communism101? It seems like we have another enemy, but I'd claim they surrendered to me, as they muted me for refuting the ban.
Unlike Bernie Sanders, Corbyn is a patriotic and populist socialist in the West who is devotedly anti-imperialist and is willing to sacrifice his position in the political institution to overthrow the British deepstate's hold over the British people, as we saw in his fight against the reactionary liberal coup in the Labour party. George Galloway is also another brilliant political figure in Britain who has done the same actions and represents the same values, and in some ways has taken bigger risks with his role in the establishment to fight against imperialism. But apparently to the mods of these subreddits, they are "social fascists." Their ignorance is laughable. It's a shame but it seems like the only subreddits where we will all actually be respected in are r/stupidpol and maybe some parts of r/GenZedong (and to be honest after their latest move against Infrared that's looking to end soon). To conclude, I'm gonna say the main communist subreddits are definitely our enemy...

The Pocket has an IR port located to the right of the power light, on the base of the unit. I've tried to use it, however have been unable to successfully use PokΓ©mon's "Mystery Gift" feature between a Pocket & GBC (just states "communication error".)
Has anyone managed to use it successfully?
