I actually really liked him but kind of set the tone for AIT.

Mijn huidige situatie:

• 35M
• Verdien nu netto 3300 voor 32 uur/week
• 930k in crypto (BTC, beetje ETH)
• 10k in VWRL
• 30k op spaarrekening
• Huis: 265k hypotheek, 1.58% rente, nog 18 jaar vast. Geschatte waarde: 500k

Mijn huidige baan is ok, maar ik krijg toch steeds minder voldoening van vanuit huis emails typen, waar mijn baan praktisch op neer komt. Ik heb voldoende hobby's en projecten waarmee ik mijn tijd zou kunnen vullen, en zie mezelf ook wel wat consulting doen in mijn veld (doe ik nu sporadisch).

Gezien de bovenstaande getallen 'denk' ik dat ik al FIRE zou kunnen zijn, al twijfel ik een beetje wat ik hier mis. Als ik van een SWR van 4% uitga, moet ik hier dan behalve de VRH (1.24%) nog andere kosten van aftrekken voordat ik tot een maandelijks bedrag kom wat ik 'veilig' kan uitgeven? Hoor graag wat ik hier mis, en sta uiteraard open voor allerlei suggesties voor mijn situatie!

Hey hoi allemaal, ik woon al anderhalf jaar op mezelf op Strijp-S. Helaas moet ik mijn huidige woonruimte binnenkort verlaten ivm sloop. Ik ben al enkele maanden actief opzoek naar een nieuwe studio/kamer/appartement. Echter is er nog niks voorbij gekomen wat passend is. Ik woon zelf samen met mijn kat (echt een schatje), en ik hecht er veel waarde aan dat die ook mee kan naar waar ik heen verhuis.

Het liefst zou ik eigenlijk samen met iemand anders een 2 slaapkamer-kamer appartement huren. Omdat dit relatief gezien goedkoper is. Echter is er helaas niemand uit mijn vriendengroep of kennissen die ook opzoek is en/of voldoende verdiend.

Ik vind het belangrijk om eerst te kijken of het met iemand klikt en ga niet blind iets huren.

Ik ben opzoek naar iemand rond mijn leeftijd (19). Mijn budget is €600,- per maand. Dus ik zoek iemand die ook zo iets heeft.

Ben jij ook hard opzoek naar ergens om te wonen? Of vind je het gezellig om niet alleen te wonen maar heb je ook geen behoefte aan een heel studentenhuis? Voel je dan vrij om me een berichtje te sturen

Wat is voor jullie een combinatie qua eten die je niet zo vaak hoort, maar wat je zelf om niet aan te wijzen reden(en) toch heel lekker vindt? Ik heb er twee:

• een witte bol met aan de ene kant ei-bieslook salade, en aan de andere kant filet americain;
• een wrap met heksenkaas en plakjes gerookte kipfilet

Hoi allemaal,

Ik ben op zoek naar een nieuw (huur)huis in Amsterdam. Nu dacht ik iets gevonden te hebben, waar ik mijn interesse voor had geuit en direct mijn paspoortkopie en persoonlijke gegevens bij had gevoegd. De makelaar gaf aan dat ik in aanmerking kwam en zou kunnen huren. Hij heeft gelijk een contract opgesteld.

Echter ben ik toch van gedachten veranderd over het huis; de huurprijs is voor mij en mijn medehuurder toch te hoog. Nu hebben wij zonder iets te tekenen aan onze de makelaar laten weten dat wij ons graag zouden terugtrekken. Dit viel bij hem niet goed; hij reageerde dat wij hem en zijn makelaarskantoor tijd hebben gekost en dat wij het bovendien onmogelijk hebben gemaakt voor de verhuurder om er bijtijds een nieuwe, andere huurder in te krijgen. Zijn conclusie: om onder de "besproken, ontstane huurverplichting" uit te komen, moeten ik en mijn medehuurder de schade à plusminus €3000 betalen en hij dreigt een advocaat op ons af te sturen (bijkomende kosten - verrassing - voor ons).

Ik ben van mening dat ik het recht heb mij te bedenken, zeker omdat ik nog niks getekend heb. Aan de andere kant las ik online iets over "contractonderhandelingen op basis van gerechtvaardigd vertrouwen", maar kan ik niet goed inschatten in hoeverre dit van toepassing is. Bluft meneer de makelaar of sta ik in mijn recht?

Het is de laatste tijd wel heel extreem aan het worden met de surveys/afstudeeronderzoeken.

Voor mijn gevoel is de helft van de content hier een afstudeeronderzoek/survey wat helemaal niets met Utrecht te maken heeft en, al dan niet door een nieuw account wat verder niks bijdraagt, op elke NL subreddit wordt gepost.

Misschien dat het gelimiteerd kan worden op eentje per week ofzo?

Ik ben erg benieuwd of iemand iets gewonnen heeft aangezien de kalenders razend populair zijn. Ik heb uiteraard niets gewonnen.

Ik heb een hotel in de buurt van Utrecht geboekt, maar mijn oorspronkelijke plannen zijn helaas uitgevallen. Ik zit nu dus met een hotelkamer en twee volle dagen om te vullen, enig idee of er iets te doen valt?

I bought THIS exact cooler from the exact link. Delivery time was irrelevant because I live in a country where Amazon doesn't ship to, so I used a 3rd-party to get it delivered. Still, it took exactly 30 days till I got it in my hands.

The GT500-B comes with two sets of memory foam, one for smaller 13"-14" laptops, and one for 15"-17" ones. My M15 R4 (i7-10870H, RTX 3070, 300Hz) is 15" so I used the bigger foam to keep the fans breathing.

It is externally powered, so it has its own adapter that you need to find a plug for, it's NOT USB powered. I don't know about other models/versions, but keep in mind that mine is the GT500-B.

Now, let's talk about noise... really? We're talking about noise? On an Alienware laptop? That's so irrelevant! You're obviously gaming with a headset on! But anyway, it's LOUD! It's competing with the Alienware's Full Speed fan profile as if I'm going to reward whichever's loudest with a trophy! I don't have any accurate DB meter to try to measure it, but it's just annoyingly loud at full speed.

When the laptop sits right and snug, you'll only feel airflow coming out of the laptop's vents, even when the laptop's fans are off. This is the whole idea behind this cooler, and the results? Well, let's talk!

I played forza horizon 5 for 30 minutes each session (1 day difference between each session). The gameplay includes general free roaming across cities/festival sites, extremely fast driving with a Lambo Sesto Elemento FE, and then one or two Open Racing events (which includes a lot of other real drivers). My Laptop was never cleaned (it's almost been a year), there's dust accumulated in the fans, and it has never been repasted (I'm going to do that when I just click and repaste with an MX-5). Ambient temperature is very similar in all 3 setups (GT500-B, Cheap Cooler, Metal Stand).

Everyone says here in the subreddit that laptop coolers are useless, especially for the legion line up. While I agree the legion thermals and cooling system is fantastic. You can still help the computer with a proper cooling pad . Here are the 3 options to improving your cooling. 1) lift the back up (hagibis caps work great for this) 2) get a klim mistral cooling pad (awesome cooling performance and dust filter but the film used to separate the exhaust from the intake seems to be melting on my unit so I think it’s not worth it) 3) the iets 500 seems to be king. Similar to the klim mistral it provides a seal under the laptop with a foam to provide excessive cool air to the laptop. It also has a dust filter which will drastically prevent dust from clogging your laptop fans. It has a single larger fan as opposed to the klim’s double fan but manages to blow air at 5000 rpm. Through the light testing I’ve done I’ve managed to keep cyberpunk gpu thermals at ultra settings from 65 to 55 sometimes 49-50 degrees. The iets 500 is definitely loud but provides the best cooling for legion hands down. Will be doing a more in-depth thermal review video soon (comparing flat desk, hagibis caps, klim, and iets 500) and will post a link here when it is ready.

so first off the mcs: Luo Feng and Linely

honestly i kinda dislike not because they are bad or anything as a matter of fact IET mcs are actually damn fun but i cant help but compare them with desolate era,xue ying and meng chuan(archean eon art) and i honestly like them more in the same ascending order , i mewn they are all very similar in their heroic temperament and them being extremely filial towards family and friends although tnh i havent ever really liked any of the romance in IETs stuff not his fault just never liked romance stuff in my xianxia staple , also lets forget they may not always come from wealth but they surely build themselves right from the bottom all the way to the top because of their genius talent and some good ol hax as and when necessary having said that i think IET so far only made desolate era mc , xue ying and meng chuan truly righteous , the other mcs arent exactly brutal or bloodthirsty or villainous per say but they really are xianxia mcs who truly believe in the law of jungle and stuff as compared to the other 3 with MC even outlawing banditry and other horrible stuff when he becomes level 8 , so i always have spl spot for him being so heroic and all

of course overall they really are very similar, walking through their pain ,being super driven using every moment training and becoming stronger and while LF does get teachers lets be honest they really stop being relevant super fast and linelyb doesnt really have even that

moving on to side characters honestly they really are just fillers only to show off the mcs emotional fetters not for anythinb else and although iet has done it creatively i still am overall unsatisfied

villains are the run of the mill stuff nothing special nothing spectacularly okish done and okish pay off especially augusta and sector beasts

you know now that i think about it a bit the sector beasts were uneccesarilly too op and it seemed like a majour asspull for LF to even succeed so i was pretty irritated and yet i was pretty happy he succeeded

finally coming to the plot i personally felt it dragged quite a bit in both especially swallowed star being more than 1400 chaps but its entire world being like 500-600 chaps of lord xue ying , fortunately coiling dragon was pretty short so that was ok
