Hey y’all! So I was thinking last night, what are some of the most iconic/famous holes in disc golf? Like, if you had to create an 18 hole disc golf course full of the most iconic holes, what would they be?
Locally I can think of Etowah Hole 4, Hornets Nest Hole 12, Winthrop Hole 7. But those are just ones I’ve seen in person. Searching Reddit tells me BRP Hole 4 and Maple Hill Hole 1.

Golf Courses where hole #1 is a par 3?
I do like having a par 4 or 5 starting hole, but why don’t any golf courses have a par 3 for #1? If it’s just a tradition, why did this start and stick? Any golf history buffs know?
Does anyone know of any that exist? I’ve played courses where #9 or #10 is a par 3 and it’s cool to watch people play a short par 3 from the club house patio.

After nearly two years of golfing, today I finally got my first birdie. Had two great shots on a par 5, and gave myself a 25ish foot eagle putt. Of course I sailed it about 5 feet beyond the hole, but drained the birdie putt. I also shot my lowest round yet. Golf is fun.
