Hi all, I've read some amazing things about the Coriolis setting, but it's a lot of money ($60 U.S.) to pay for it and waffling on purchasing because:
- Alien RPG - Seems like this has hit huge and is possibly overtaking / phasing out the need for Fria to have another major sci-fi book? Do folks feel this or am I totally off the mark? Even with Alien being more horror/adventure RPG and Coriolis space opera, it was a concern I had.
- New resources - Is anything new being produced for Coriolis? With it being year 4-5 since it's inception (believe it was 2016?) I don't think I've seen other material on Coriolis, in the same way that exists for Mutant League Zero, Forbidden Lands, Alien, Tales from the Loop, etc.
- Current status - Do folks feel the market and Fria backing of Coriolis will grow and expand, or has it hit it's saturation point?
- Actual Plays - Any good, well produced podcasts or YouTube videos running Coriolis that folks might recommend?
The setting looks wonderful, and I might even be curious to purchase as lore to use in other systems if I don't love the Year Zero engine, but generally I like playing in systems/settings that have very active communities, and can't tell if Coriolis is still in a huge growth phase, or hit big when Fria started but has slowly fizzled a bit?
Any thoughts would be so helpful!
I'm fascinated by Coriolis (and also Things from the Flood, Twilight 2000, etc :-) and am very interested in buying, but as a U.S. native, with Fria Legan and Modiphius both based in Europe, I imagine that adds a hefty shipping cost and time for an order to arrive.
Besides Amazon (it seems like they carry some but not all Fria titles), do any folks in U.S. know if there are online U.S. based distributors sites that carry Fria's books? Or is it typical for U.S. to order from Europe and ship?

Det känns rätt just nu att ta vårt 5 och halv år förhållande till nästa steg och jag tycker att under norrsken är det bästa att göra så!
Eftersom jag inte ha haft ett ring eller ide så långt kunde jag inte boka något än men nu ha jag allt.
Jag tänka åka i febuari med tåg från Göteborg, sen med flyg tillbacka på söndag. Jag ha sett att det finns några ställe att bo på men jag tänkt en mysigt ställe t.ex den Reindeer Lodge eller sånt.
Tänkt också köra en husky tur eller något under sälva norrsken är på gång att fråga henne.
Jag ha pratat med min kompis eftersom han ha varit på besök till Kiruna och sagt att man måste gå på besök på den ishotellet så kanske det med, men att sova där är inte vad jag skulle vilja ha, och de isrum är dyyyyrt, och inte mysigt tycker jag.
Mitt fråga är, ha ni nägot ide om vart är bra att sova och kanske vilket aktivitet är roligt/bra eftersom det verka så att det finns ganska många av båda och jag vill bara ha det så bäst det kan vara.

Se fosse vice da Liberta a vergonha só seria a CdB, mas um título da Liberta é tão grandioso que se sobrepõe a qualquer coisa no ano. A final do mundial acho que deveria contar como da temporada 2021 ainda, mas ali considerando que já disputamos dois mundiais sequer conseguindo marcar um gol e que o time provavelmente vai estar ainda despertando das férias, qualquer coisa que vier é lucro.
Eu vi que uma maneira confiavel de fazer isso é baixar o tailsOS(distro linux) e configurar ela para deixar um espaço reservado para armazenar as criptomoedas e negociar elas online. Alguém já fez essa experiência para compartilhar um relato de como foi?

I first discovered it in this sub and i love it. A bit too much for me since "fria" in spanish is "cold girl" and i imagine an ice queen lol.
Nicknames Fri, Ria are pretty.
Sounds a bit like Freya/Freja to me, another beautiful name.

Edit: I realized it also sounds like Fiadh (fee-uh) and Aoife (ee-fa)!
