Strange stock fish observation
After e4 e5, stockfish (NNUE) says best the best move is Nf3. Fair enough.
But after 1. e3 e5 2. e4, stock says the best move for black is Nc6. Given that it’s just a mirror of the normal kings pawn opening, why isn’t Nf6 the best move? Or rather, why is stockfish inconsistent when it should give the same analysis in the same position

Fresh trout. If you can’t catch, you can buy these, head on, gutted. Look for fresh, clear eyes. Cut off the heads. Make fish stock with those. Using the juice & butter from last night's clam/muscle white wine & butter dish, I made a shrimp bisque. I sautéed up a red onion, one shallot, some garlic & shrimp, deglazed the pot w chicken & my seasoned shell fish stocks. While the broth cooked up with the shallots, I sautéed shrimp & pureed.
Tried the Fremont fish and chips for lunch. Very good, and a huge portion of fish and fries. I went to get more but my Aldi is out of stock :/
