A list of puns related to "Elbow Joint"
What can I take to help?
Is it normal for you elbow joint to be sore after jiu jitsu? Right now we've been doing takedown drills and my elbow joints have been super sore for some reason.
been considering picking up a 30m sister kit and a couple option sets but i would only do so if i could easily kitbash them.
So Iβve been dealing with elbow clicking and soreness for a while. I went to an ortho who took some scans. The x rays showed signs of arthritis (cysts, spurs, narrow gap between bones).
Do any other climbers (in their 30s) have experience managing/training with arthritis in the elbow? Iβm climbing the hardest I have in 20 years and Iβm not ready to feel old yet.

I have recently moved to Arizona and started a career in hvac. Due to possible acclimating to different climate on top of getting physically used to some of the insulation materials (like fiberglass) you find in peopleβs attics, this right hand joint has has its share of itchiness. It is not an iodine allergy as I have not donated plasma with my right hand since years back in another state.
The examining physician told me she couldnβt pass me today due to this, and for solutions said to use longer sleeves while working and to use some hydrocortisone cream from a local store to help clear it up. I am posting here for a second opinion. Do you guys have any advice on clearing it up?
Itβs not a dire emergency but I would be REALLY bummed out if I am not able to cash in on this side income! :( thank you for your help!
Hello, does anyone know how to make elbow and knee joints simple? I am working on a bjd and I would appreciate some advice
Title says it all. I want to know what the smallest figure with articulated knees and/or elbows is. Odd question, I know.

Hello,
I'm trying to help a couple located in Kurdistan, Iraq, who just had a baby boy with limbs bending the wrong way. Due to their location, medical help is limited and probably not adequate. They've been told by local doctors that his limbs need to be broken and reconstructed, and they're absolutely terrified and dont know how much they can trust them.
I have a photograph of the baby, and am waiting for a translation of the diagnosis from the local language. I would just like to get some info from other doctors around the world what their opinion would be.
If there are any paediatricians, paediatric surgeons, orthopedic surgeons or other relevant specialists out there who could just take a look at the photo and give me some kind of opinion I would be very grateful.
I won't attach the photo here, but please DM me and I can send it to you.
Thank you in advance.
EDIT:
Thank you for the support I've gotten in terms of awards and to the people who reached out. So far I've determined a few new things:
The parents are not relatives (frequent question) The only info from the doctors they have so far is that they think it might be "Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita" -
I am doing my research because I also am not sure I can completely trust the diagnosis. I have asked the parents to get some tests, genetic as well as MRIs or Xrays (not sure which one is safe for a baby but that should be easy to figure out there).
If anyone has any experience or can give me more info if i provide a photo, please let me know.
I'm currently looking at places they can get better help in neighbouring countries such as Jordan, Turkey and possibly Qatar.
Thank you all so much-
