Im currently playing as Italy and I probably will need to fight the Germans as they have Vichy France and I want to make occitania, but, here's the thing. After a war, I dont want to puppet Germany or leave them strong. What I want is for Germany to be disunited. Is there a mod where i can liberate/satellite Bavaria, Wurttemberg, Prussia, Hanover, etc without the need of buying La Resistance?
Edit to add: this means releasing any state of Germany or other countries
Edit 2: using releasables +
Hi,
I really don't want two out of three of my parents going to my high school graduation. Due to their narcisstic qualities, I feel like I need to disinvite the only parent that I wouldn't mind going just to ease the rage that will come after they hear this. That's if I say anything. I am going to feel like the world's meanest person telling them I don't want them there. They will probably disown me which isn't the problem, I'm worried what the rest of my family will think of me. I just feel sick at the thought of them going, I don't want them to take credit for my achievement, I don't want them getting my teachers and most of all, I do not want them to meet my friends. There are two reasons why. They put down every friend they meet and I have to listen to them criticise every flaw that they notice. The second reason is, I'm just ashamed of being seen with them in general. I don't even like being seen in public with them. They're mean, selfish and emotionally abusive!
So basically, am I being selfish by asking them not to go? Do I have the right? And if you believe I do, what are some suggestions you have in terms of breaking the news, how and what should I say and how can I appease their anger. Please remember, I am dealing with two narcisstic bullies. The only anger remedy I can think about is to offer to go out for dinner but that would be silly since they cant even treat me nicely on my birthday - they didn't even get me a cake... so going out for dinner would be extremely unpleasant for me anyway. They can't be nice to me even on special occasions, this is why a dinner celebrating my graduation will most likely not be an exception.
I'm so going to have to go to therapy for this afterwards... as I am going to feel so bad afterwards...
Thanks
This has already been covered somewhat in this post, which very cleverly terms this "Chibnall's Gun", but my main takeaway from Flux is, for a series that made such a big deal of being ultra-serialised, there are quite so many unrelated plot threads.
What I'm left with after The Vanquishers is that the main villain of the series (Swarm) and the main threat of the series (the Flux) are ultimately unrelated. Tecteun created the Flux and released the Ravagers, but there's no necessary connection between them - the Doctor doesn't learn more about the Flux by investigating the Ravagers, and the Ravagers' plan doesn't really require the Flux (ultimately they talk about using it to destroy Atropos, but the climax of the episode is about saving Earth rather than Atropos). There's an inevitable annoying duplicativeness to the idea that Tecteun released the Ravagers to disrupt time as well as space, when the flow of time is disrupted anyway when the Flux damages Atropos. By trying to juggle them, it means that Tecteun/the Division, Swarm and Azure, Atropos and ultimately the Flux itself are kind of B-plots in their own story. The main challenge of the episode is the Sontaran occupation of Earth (the second in four episodes), which gets squared away quickly, and then there's also Bel and Vinder's subplot. It feels like three or four subplots jostling for attention with no core to the episode.
I'm genuinely fascinated by the insight this gives into Chibnall's writing style. The constantly shifting, twisting nature of the narrative means that the story never settles on any one element as the main focus. There is no Aristotlean unity, no Chekhov's gun. The closest the show has come to this before is probably something like Asylum of the Daleks, where Moffat threw a bunch of concepts and subplots at the audience without ever really committing to one (the main focus becomes Oswin, but only if you know Jenna Coleman is the new companion).
What do you think? Would you do anything to make all these disparate plot threads unite into a coherent whole? Or was there a better way of executing whatever Chibnall was going for? Or maybe you think he succeeded in what he was going for, if so, let me know why!
Iβve always seen collapse America as an option when looking at the path guides for the U.S. and for as long as I can remember it has been a wip. Does anybody know when content might be added or if it is a dead part of the mod?any answer would be appreciated.
This post doesn't mean as retaliation or generalization, rather as a example why generalizing is wrong.
I believe this atrocities is not supported by Shi'ah belief rather a crime committed by one of it's followers.
>Why, when you heard it, did not the believing men and believing women think good of one another and say, "This is an obvious falsehood"? Qur'an 24:12

A world like our 21 century earth, a bunch of states sometimes cooperating, sometimes rivaling and some times openly fighting each other. If they beat the biggest and most powerful country the entire world would simply fall in line ? Or they need to adress each country individualy.
