Here is my next model! I used to work in Cedar Key, Florida (an amazing birding spot if you can every make it over there) and would often stop by the marina at the end of the day to visit the birds. There were many different kinds, but brown pelicans and gulls were the most common.

A nice pelecanus occidentalis (brown pelican) I saw in Fairhope, AL on holiday! This one was part of a large flock, but it landed on the railing and I could snap this without getting too close!
