Pulled out my old JB 4s that’s on iOS 9.3.5 and saw I had it still installed and also had it on my 5s before I broke it 😑. But that was hands down the coolest app switcher! I love the little multitasking feature it had.

Hello! I try to install AltStore on iPhone XS Max and I get this error. How I can fix this? itunes and icloud are closed but still not installing

I have been trying to install Altstore and I have followed the better half of any fixes to this problem with no fix yet. I have installed Itunes & Icloud from apple.com. I also closed both, repaired it uninstalled, reinstalled, went to Microsoft store to make sure it wasn't secretly downloaded, and used a different Apple Id to start the installation process but no luck. I am trying to an iPhone XS Max 13.3.1 Also, does the same with iPad pro 13.3 Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you in advance!
Title says it all, I’m getting this error when trying to install Alstore on my iPad Air 2.
The specifics of the error is something along the lines of “close iCloud and iTunes then try again”.
I've downloaded both iCloud and iTunes from the apple website and have restarted my computer countless times but I can't seem to get altstore to work.
This happened after I restarted my phone for a reason unrelated to jailbreak. I couldn’t open unc0ver, AltStore, or ReProvision in order to jailbreak, even though I had re-signed both right before I restarted. I then tried deleting and reinstalling altstore via my computer, but that doesn’t work either.
When I try to input my icloud account info, this error pops up: “Installation Failed: Invalid anisette data. Please download the latest versions of iTunes and iCloud directly from Apple, and not from the Microsoft Store.”
I already have the latest versions of iTunes and iCloud downloaded, installed, and running when I try to use AltServer. I have tried literally everything I can possibly think of, from restarting my phone and laptop, reinstalling iTunes, iCloud, and AltServer, checking for updates, etc. Nothing is working, I would really appreciate any help y’all can give, it’s extremely frustrating how unpolished AltServer is.

I signed out of AltStore before the windows issue was patched as I thought if I signed back in with my Apple ID I could resign my apps. Now that the issue is fixed and I downloaded the update, I can’t sign in even though I’m using the correct password and even tried using an app specific password. It says “failed to login invalid anisette data”. Can anyone help?
