It really does, I swear!

For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.

I said "hey look, an escaPEA"

No one near me but it didn't half make me laugh for a good hour or so!

I'm new here but I thought that people would be interested in this and I would love to share thoughts on anything here. I also posted it in a comment on another post so sorry if this is a duplicate.

(Content warning: two folks mentioned here are known predators. I labeled them rather than removing them because I think their work is worth engaging in provided that we have the knowledge of their actions outside of their scholarly work to aid in our analysis)

I took a class a few years ago with the title "The Theology and Praxis of Liberation in Muslim Thought." Below is the syllabus (which I did not get around to fully reading, although I'm still working on it). Hopefully there will be something in here for people looking to read more academic texts and potentially something to add to any "essential readings" sidebar content.
