Greater Concentrated Blast has the damage range of 72.6%-290.7% in 1.8 seconds, or one global cooldown. In addition, the next ability has a 15% chance to land a critical hit. Also, if using incite fear or exsanguinate, this 1.8 second basic will generate THREE stacks towards the buff provided.
Let's face it, Sonic Wave pales in comparison to greater concentrated blast counterpart. Currently, Sonic wave deals a measly 31.4-157% weapon damage, and boosts your accuracy by 6% for the next ability.
My suggestion is to ramp up the initial damage of sonic wave to have a higher average hit, with a lower maximum hit. Greater sonic could have 157-188% weapon damage. This is similar to the old storm of armadyl attack, as it had a minimum hit - and people LOVED this.
Next, the big reason that people will want to use sonic wave over concentrated blast during specials, is that greater sonic will INCREASE the duration of those damage modifiers by 3.6 seconds.
This would bring AMAZING variance to magic, as you would have to decide: What would you rather do?

Camp basics like sonic wave (that will have great damage due to a minimum hit) and extend the duration of sunshine/meta/soa spec

Continue to switch to dual wield and use concentrated blast and gain crit bonus while using SOA spec and build offensive spell stacks

Weave sonic wave inbetween thresholds to slightly extend the duration enough to juice another guthix staff or two under shine

Combine both greater sonic/concentrated blast and thresholds to to gain an average off all effects
This will encourage the use of abilities over 4taa for those that just want to "camp a staff", as well as giving magic more damage to compete with range (bak bolts/grico/ecb). Less reliance on 4taa is a healthy game path as most people do not prefer this, and for those that do - they can continue to do so! (Or will they want to instead of using greater sonic wave??)
What a wonderful palate of possibilities there are when you can increase damage modifiers and stack them for massive damage buildup!

2 - Oslo > Gudbransdal > Røros > Trondheim > Otta > Ålesund > Geiranger > Geiranger > Sognefjord > Bergen > Vrådal > Oslo
Which one do you think is the best and why ?
I have some weather questions. :
- How is the Sunshine duration ? Does the sun rise only the afternoon and is it dark in the morning ? Are the days really short ?
- I think it depends, but does September is really rainy ?
- Could we see auroras ?
