EDIT: Disregard most of this. I really can't explain how I figured this out here without a wall of text, but my FFS seems to be fine at this stage and I seem to have some sort of body dysmorphia. I compared before and after photos very closely and it's clear that at least the browbone reduction has indeed made a significant change. Hairline is kinda meh but I guess a good haircut can hide that.
TLDR: The FFS probably wasn't the problem; my brain is probably the problem. I've got body dysmorphia.
So I know FFS results really won't show for about a year, but my scalp looks basically the same. The hairline has obviously moved, but it doesn't look any different. It certainly doesn't look feminine. It also looks... Maybe a bit more uneven now? Also, I used to not have a Widow's peak and now I have a fucking widow's peak. So like, not exactly feeling good here. It still has that masculine M shape. I don't have fucking money for hair plugs.
My brow bone is maybe a littttttle less pronounced but I really can barely tell the difference.
I'm starting to think this was a big mistake. Maybe the jaw and chin work will come out better, but the hairline and the brow bone are making me miserable.
Is this gonna get better as I heal? Could it be that more hair will grow back that I didn't realize had fallen out?

Has anyone who has/had psoriasis and opted for plastic surgery, i.e. blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, fillers, Botox, etc ever had any issues with the incisions healing, scarring, lesions or anything? I've read that there are contraindications for people with Psoriasis even with purposeful breaking of the skin (injections). Ive also had Derms say that as long as the area receiving the surgical incisions aren't affected with Psor., you should be okay. Been wanting plastic surgery and of course as soon as I consider it, I started getting patches of Psor. Any experiences?

“I can’t thank you enough for doing this for me.” Stace’s voice was a little choked up, husky with emotion.
“It’s no problem. This is your shop too, at least it will be once you’re up and running again.” Samuel dug through a drawer and pulled out a handful of small files and rasps, handing them to Ayen. The Shil’vati dutifully put them on a cart, taking a moment to wipe his hands clean fastidiously.
Stace had seemed so taken with the idea of helping out that Samuel knew he had to strike while the proverbial iron was hot. To that end, he had picked up Stace the day after the hot tub session and brought him up to the Observatory so he could pick out some tools to borrow. There would be time for a full tour later, once they figured out how to get Stace's motorized wheelchair into the car. Ayen and Sam hadn't been able to lift it so they had left it back at the Hotel. Now Stace was in a regular old-fashioned wheelchair, slowly and carefully scooting around the room while Ayen sorted and piled up the loaner tools.
“What sort of work are you looking to do?” Samuel grabbed a pile of wet-dry sandpaper and added it to the cart. As long as it made his new friend happy, Samuel would throw in whatever Stace wanted. The guy needed the help and, honestly, so did Sam. There was too much to do around here.
“Something small. I need… I…” Stace held up his right arm, showing off the trembling. He reached over with his left and steadied it. “I need to practice, build up strength and control. It’s good physical therapy.” Stace looked over the assorted tools. “Do you have any gravers?”
Samuel shook his head. “No, but I can make you some. Just tell me the angles you want.” That got a grin from the man in the wheelchair.
“I can make the handles. Mallet? Carving knives?” Samuel dutifully added them to the cart.
There was a perplexed look on Stace’s face as he rolled up to a table loaded with small rectangles of purpleish metal. “I keep seeing this stuff. What is it?”
“It’s Shil metal. They use it for damn near everything.”
“It’s what we pulled out of Elera!” Ayen chimed in proudly.
“It’s really interesting stuff, actually.” Samuel picked up a couple piece

First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

The pensive look on his face disappears. He straightens his blue scrubs, then looks up. I watch him quickly twitch his lips upward. His shoulders straighten minutely, and the intense look in his eyes is gone, like a window has slammed shut.
“You surprised me, Bri-ten. Sorry. I did not hear you. Hm? What do you need?”
“We’re ready to run the tests. Sit rep: nominal. Time to execute program?
“Thank you. Go ahead, Bri-ten, please start the visual tests.”
“Sure thing, Doc.”
Doc addresses the camera atop the massive computer screen on the wall above his head. I am not really there, of course; I’m scattered throughout the world at this point, in some of the remotest places in the world to host the holonet, or even the old ghewgnet. He does not have to look where I’m “housed,” for I can hear and see him from almost anywhere in the facility, as well as through any earpiece, phone, or computer with input near him, but he has always felt it was more respectful. I always appreciate the gesture, even though I cannot reciprocate, despite never understanding the need. I’ve told him time and again not to worry about it, but he never fails to try whenever possible. He says it is something his Dad taught him about looking people in the eyes.

I just got my quote from Facial Team (forehead reconstruction, trach shave, hair transplants), and the simultaneous hair transplants are the most expensive item by orders of magnitude. It’s something I definitely want (I have recession in my temples), but if I was to do it separately at a later date with any old hair transplant surgeon locally here in NZ or Australia, I could save up for the rest of my FFS sooner.
Does anyone know if there would be much of a difference between the two approaches? It would only be a matter of filling in my temples, so I imagine theres not much FFS speciality required.
I asked during my consult, and the doctor just said “well we throw that bit of scalp away anyway, so it would be good to use the hair on it during the surgery”, which I get, but would there be drawbacks to doing it the traditional way later? I know virtually nothing about hair transplants, only that a clinic locally here uses some robot assisted approach that sounds neat, and would actually work out cheaper than doing it at the same time as FFS.
I'm surprised it hasn't decade.
For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.

I'm 37 years old and 20 years ago I did the stupid mistake of getting a surgery for hands sweating called ETS, where they cut part of your healthy sympathetic nervious system. This is where all the nightmare of my skin problems started. The surgery left me unable to sweat in the upper body (above the nipple line / face, scalp, chest) , with zero moisture, though I'm not sure and I don't believe the lack of moisture is the only or main cause of the problems. My skin got in constant state of inflammation, irritation, but the worse was about to come and the situation would evolve negatively year after year.

Here is where the situation gets werid: basically I can't move! exercise triggers the eczema, along with a nasty, terrible itching attack in the whole body (including eyes, nose, genital area, anus, the whole body) , with irritations, pain, and in the upper body it manifests as a mix of atopic and seborrheic dermatitis, with the lesions, scaling, etc. This happens as a form of DELAYED EFFECT, 15 hours post exercise. It's insane and hard to describe how bad this torture is. 15-18 hours post exercise a torture will begin and you can't imagine the intensity, can't stop scratching, skin gets so irritated that water will come out of it due to the scratching. The attack may last 10 hours or so. Also, I will get acne cysts 5 days post exercise. It's like the body is sending a wrong nerve signal. Then, this also started to happen after a slight walk through the street ( of 20 or 30 minutes walk), insane!

I can't function, can't sleep, this will wake me up even from my deepest dreams. Some times it happens during day, or some times at night, so every night it's a metter of luck if I will be able to sleep or not.

tacrolimus ointment used to work for localized lesions, but everything changed negatively over the years , and now it burns me. In fact all topicals burns now, leaving the lesions worse!
