A list of puns related to "Zipline"
Thatβs a confusing title, but let me explain. This happened when I was 9, but I was advised to post it after telling someone the story.
EM- entitled mother F- friend K- EMβs kid
My friend and I were (and are) really into astronomy. We went to a stargazing thing my astronomy tutor set up because Saturn was looking very clear that night. I came early, helped set up the telescopes and went to play in the playground attached while F and I waited for night. We went on this little kiddy zipline. How that zipline worked was it went down, came back up and, without slowing or stopping, went down and back up until it eventually slowed so you could get off at the little platform. I had waited in line and was right in front of my friend when I got my turn. The first time it was going back down, EM (who was previously standing with her kid behind F) tried to grab my shirt. This didnβt work, so she climbed off the platform and grabbed my leg in the middle of the zipline. That hurt quite a bit and I wasnβt able to bend it properly for 2 days.
EM then lectured me about how I was a brat and needed to βlearn to shareβ. F told her it was fine and she would just go when the zipline stopped, but EM ignored her and told me she would talk to my mom if I didnβt get off the zipline. I got off and she brought it back up and put K on it, ignoring F who was in front of her. K went and once it slowed, did it again. Talk about hypocrisy.
I told my mother about an hour later and she didnβt believe me until F confirmed. Mom was livid and wanted to have a word with EM, but sheβd already left with her kid.
Zipline has been giving me a headache because the only way that I can find to not use leverage while backtesting is to use ```zipline.api.set_max_leverage(1.0)``` and what ends up happening is my backtest always fails.
I am trying to run the backtest without the algo ever leveraging. Is there any easy way to do that? I've been playing around with the source code which I don't really want to be doing.
Pool is annoyingly far from kitchen / house. Was thinking of installing some sort of zipline/pulley system to send stuff in a bag down to the pool deck. Then, ideally, some sort of automated/mechanical method for sending stuff from pool deck back up to the house.
Would expect βstuffβ would never weigh more than 25lbs per load.
Anyone got any creative solutions for this? Something I could work off to build the right answer for me?
I'm a good ways into Chapter 5 now, I made a pretty hard trip through the mountains and have just met another lady who wasn't happy to see me and how I have to convince her to like me or something (Mama's sister or something?)
But my question is...should I be creating ziplines everywhere I go at this point? I'm unsure if I'll be back to these places or not. I'm not planning to do any of the side missions - I think I'm just going to go thru the main game at this point. Just not sure if I'm going to be kicking myself later for not doing the zipline thing so far.
