A list of puns related to "You Need Money"

How much money do you get from student finance per week, how much is rent and then how much is left over? Is this enough to live well?
Scammers will call older people and try to make it sound like their son/daughter is in trouble and they need some amount of money wired to a weird address. By having them call your phone number if they ever get a call like this, it will prevent them from losing money or having their identity stolen.
On a rare occasion, usually about three times a year, I'll get a call from a friend who owns a recording studio here in the city. He'll need someone with the right voice to do a voice-over for a company presentation, a fundraising campaign, sometimes a video game and even an audio book. I've been told I have a voice fitting somewhere between Carl Sagan and Bob Ross, when I put the effort in.
These gigs take a few hours every time, the client pays the studio and they pay about $60 - $100 a time to me, depending on the client. It's pocket money, nothing more, but it's my time and I'm damned if I'm giving it away.
So anyway, a friend of my SO gets wind of this, and she often asks me to just rattle off a 30-second speech for her kid to help him practice for school or some presentation (English is not their first language.) and as it's 100 words at most, no proble. Recording on smartphones is easy.
And Then.
One day, it's not a 30 second clip for a spelling bee or whatever, it's several pages of text for a state-level speaking competition. CB knows that on occasion I record professionally.
CB: Hey, I need you to record something for me.
ME: (Thinking it'll be a 30-second job) Sure, shoot me the file.
File received
ME: Wow, that's uh, that's going to take a while. Erm... I'll have to do it in sections because the file will get too large.
CB: Ok, can you do it by paragraph? So there are pauses in the right places.
ME: I think so, hold on... this is about 1,000 words long, and some of the words are pretty "out-there" for your son's level. I don't think the quality is going to be that great.
CB: (SO) told me your friend has a studio, can you do it there?
ME: I don't think so, sorry - this is small, but they charge by hour or part-hour and then they pay me, I suspect you don't want to pay their rates. It's probably expensive.
CB: Why? It's just talking? Why do you need money for talking?!
ME: They have professional Equipment a sound engineer, the works. I can just do a voice memo, the quality won't be great, but it'll be fine to practice from.
CB: Are you KIDDING ME? This is for (state) Final! It has to be 100% perfect so my son can get everything right!
ME: Surely he's done well enough so far on the back of what I've given him before? So he should be golden, yeah?
CB: You don't understand how IMPORTANT this is! You NEED to record this PROFESSIONALLY!
ME: Alright, I'll put you in contact with (studio) and let them q

Right. Well I just have a hard time seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. When I wake up Monday, I feel a dark cloud, but the weekends are great for me. Itβs in an industry I got my degree as well. I feel like it is a downgrade because I am taking a huge pay cut. I always looked back at this job as something that helped make me who I am. But I really donβt want to be there.
In hindsight, mineβs probably not so outrageous but Iβll always remember it for the blatant shamelessness of vying for other peopleβs hard-earned money.
First was Clarins, many years ago. It was the first time ever I was bombarded with such a wide array of products. There were 10+ products recommended to me as parts of my skincare regimen. I asked the sales girl to narrow it down to just the essentials, to which she responded with a laugh (srsly) and told me βthereβs no such thing, each product is indispensable,β
Second was Chanel, around the time they launched the Le Jour, La Nuit, and Le Weekend trio. The whole set cost an arm and a leg, and when I asked the sales girl if they were serums / moisturizers, she told me those were just boosters, intended to be used with but in no way should replace your daily skincare. She then proceeded to demonstrate how to properly use them by smothering my face with the stuff and then blotting off the excess. Whatβs wrong with putting on just the right amount so you wonβt have to blot??
Bots can easly make milions in an hour
You can buy certain things on flea for cheaper than you can sell them to the traders. For example:
Military base checkpoint key. I bought around 10 of them yesterday for around 50.000 to 60.000 each and than sold them to therapist for 61.000. So i made around 50k profit in less than a minute.
There are many more items like that, Analog thermoeter, SSD, SAS drive and so on. So basicly any item thats useless and its kind of rare to find
By just spamming refresh and buying those items you could probably make around 10k-20k per min so around 500.000 rubler an hour if the have the willpower to spam that refresh button
Thats why captcha need to be changed and not removed. I also think that the captcha is there not to stop the bots bot to find them and ban them becouse is so primitive its a joke.
A lot of people are tricked into believing that hypergamy is the most important part of being successful with getting a girlfriend or having a girl into you. But that is not even remotely true. There was a time when I was 18 making $6,000/month and I couldn't even remotely get a girlfriend. Now I make a meager sub poverty wage and yet my girlfriend is loyal and in love with me. We are planning to get married when our lives have more form.
The secret to keeping any girl happy is number 1. you got to keep a girl physically satisfied (if you're very religious and want to wait until marriage, you should then marry a girl once you pass (approximately) the first 3 months to properly vet that the girl is right for you. 2. You have be in common with your girlfriend. A lot of guys can be simps and fall into the trap of settling for sub par women.
Any reason you don't like a girl and can't be changed or worked on should definitely mean it's time to move on. It's one thing to not like a girl's minor habit, it's another thing if the girl has bad influences. Even the girl you like or think is perfect can and will have problems you didn't foresee. It could be as minor as you disagree with what foods she likes, all the way up to daddy issues. Universally any king should know these catastrophic non negotiables with women.
-She is a party girl (Avoid like the bubonic plague) because a girl is the company she keeps, if she's friends with drug addicts and drunks, then chances are she is also one of them.
-She has daddy issues, if her father was a bad role model from being a weak father figure all the way up to being an absent father, you shouldn't date her. Life isn't fair and it's cruel however you can't always rescue who you want.
-Any evidence of lack of loyalty is catastrophic and you never settle for an un loyal girl. No ifs, ands, or buts! Something as simple as hiding her phone means that she's up to something bad, don't deal with unfaithful women! No exceptions! If you deal with unfaithful women, you lose your spiritual being.

... keep reading on reddit β‘So this literally happened like 15 minutes ago and reminded me about entitledparents. So i was in this store, (k kauppa) and i was trying to reach for some little coins (like 10 and 20 cent coins) from the bottom of my backpack because i am broke lol. So there was this probably single mother with 2 kids there.(they were like 6) The kids saw my coins and asked if they can have them. I said no, obviously. They went and got their mom, and this is the conversation. Em: entitled mom, ME: Me
Em: my kids would like to buy some candy, could you give them your money?
Me: No, theyre mine.
Em: but you are a rich kid, you dont need those coins.
Me: im not and im not giving them.
Em: give the coins, i have no money and my kids want something good to eat
Me: why do you have a full shopping cart then?
Em got really fucking mad cursing at me and shit, so i walk away. She yells for me to come back, of course i dont. I walk away from the store and im walking away right now.
Thanks for reading!
For example: Borrow $2000 even though you donβt need it. Pay them back with in a month or two and gain their trust so that you can easily borrow again when you REALLY need some. Of course youβll pay back a little slower than before.
Dutch screaming at Mary Beth that without money we all die, Arthur nervously fiddling with his gold, custom engraved pistols.
Iβm not even mad, Iβm disappointed that the first ever Battlestat gun is going to work out to this. Itβs just sad. They had such a good chance to put it up for 10-15 dollars and make bank. But nope, I will not be spending this.
Edit: Iβm a moron and failed college math so I forgot to clear the calculator app before totaling. Itβs 1,562.50 not 3,906.25
Still, absolutely absurd.
Edit 2: I still canβt do math, deleting my idiotic comments cause my phone wonβt stop vibrating at work lol. Moral to the story is, gambling is bad, and Iβd be happier with the direct purchase of an item.
Edit 3: 1,562.50 will give you a 63% chance and 3,906.25 will give you a 91 percent chance. Thanks to u/1994mat and u/no_manners
Some of the quests in this game have some ludicrous requests. Such as handing over hundreds of thousands of rubles worth of items like fuel conditioner for a pretty pathetic reward. I can deal with those.
But the quests that irk me more than anything are Skier's Friend from the west part 2 and Peacekeepers Spa Tour part 6. Combined they make you literally hand over 1,512,000 rubles for a pathetic amount of xp and access to quests that I would consider "necessary progression." That is absurd if you ask me don't get me wrong I understand that skier wants to make a profit off of you meeting peacekeeper but 6000$ should net you far more than just the ability to level up peacekeeper past II. But even more offensive in my opinion is Peacekeeper. You run all over tarkov doing his dumbass little favors and committing UN war crimes so he can profit. You make 10530$ off all the quests leading up to Spa Tour part 6. In Which he then asks you to pay him 8000$ (literally 75% of what he paid you up until that point) so that he can "trust" you. You make a grand total of 2530$ from doing his quests (up until that point) assuming you didnt spend a single penny on the gear you use to do the quests. Your reward for doing this? 11,000 xp and the ability to keep being his errand boy. It rips you right out of the game and even for good players can make that quest line a net loss as it doesnt take much to lose 2,500$ worth of gear. Of course you find and sell gear during the quests but that isnt a direct reward of the quest itself so even though I tend to profit during these quests I still consider the quest line itself to be a net loss.
What do you think? Am I just being a baby? Would you agree these pay your quest giver quests are either unfair, not fun, or just stupid? I love Tarkov and I like to see these characters actually have some spice to them such as Skier being a bit of a con artist but I dont think it should be at such a heavy cost to the player. Or at the very least they should reward the player with significantly more XP as I can easily net more XP than 11,000 in a single interchange raid. Which costs me far less than 8000$
In the USA, despite our often difficult healthcare system, you can not be denied service at an ER (emergency room). (I'm not sure if there are some places which can deny you, I have heard of it.) So for example, if you are homeless, with no ID, no money, if you go in to an emergency room, you will still receive treatment. (What will happen is they take your name and address and you will receive a bill in the mail. Though of course, many people just give a fake name.)
It made me wonder - how does it work in Russia? Suppose you have no money and no way to prove your identity, but are in need of hospital care. What happens? As an additional example, what about someone who is in the country (non-Russian) who doesn't have a valid work permit or something, what would happen to them if they needed medical care? What about for a Russian person? Can you still go to a government hospital and get treated? Thank you.
Where do you allocate/put your money after you have collected rent and need to set aside money for utilities, Capex, repairs, etc.
Not sure that my phrasing is the clearest as i am not sure how to exactly ask, but how do you keep money set aside for things (utilities, Capex, repairs, etc. ) accounted for?
When you budget every month and set a certain percentage aside for different items, where do you actually put the money (physically)?
Do you have different accounts for different items and if you have multiple properties how do you keep track of what money goes to which property?
