Hi I just started Muay Thai (and also my first martial art) and I love it so far. But after only a couple of lessons, my right wrist is killing me. It's starting to interfere with my weight lifting and even my writing. Is there a way to keep practicing Muay Thai and weight lifting with this or do I already need to take a break?

I am self-teaching myself the piano (around grade 5) and i am having alot of trouble with releasing tension in my wrists. It's very hard for me to play loose and i've tried exercises but they are very painful.
I have always had weak joints and they always click. I used to do gymnastics and i had to stop for this very reason but i do not want to give up the piano, i love it alot :( After practicing i click my wrists and fingers alot to relieve the pressure and they end up becoming really stiff and painful.
Sometimes i cannot even make it through even half of a piece because my hands start hurting alot.
Any tips or advice would be really appreciated! :)
my inflammation and ANA have been consistently normal, yet I have all the debilitating symptoms of RA. is there anything else that could be causing this? I’ve already had an MRI to rule out something neurological. I doubt it is an allergy because i’ve never really had a problem with that.
i am already on plaquenil and methotrexate and have not experienced any improvement.
I'm looking for, but can't find such a thing as a bike with mtb suspension, 24" wheels and a 20-21 inch top tube. My local trails are super mellow, tight and flowy. Perfect for riding my bmx except for all the many on many roots that are killer on my wrist hand and arms. I've been looking all fall and later summer for something like this but have had no luck. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Hey guys! I've been looking all over the internet for the past like 45 mins or so but I just cannot seem to find what I'm looking for. I recently bought this model kit (apologies, I know it isn't megami device but I'm not sure where else to turn as I can't find any info about these other than a few youtube videos and the Amazon listings, and the seller won't respond to me unfortunately)

As It turns out, the wrist joints on this is actually very weak and I've already broken 2 of them. Luckily, they give you 6 pairs of joints with this kit but I'm now using all of them as it also includes 2 fully bodies, both with 2 wrists each of course. Anyway, I'd just like to buy more joints for these as I'm worried I'll break another joint, in which case I'm not sure what to do other than buy another kit but I'd rather not do that atm.
TLDR: Where buy wrist joint that will work for the linked kit?

This has been annoying me so much recently and might be my most exhausting compulsion as of right now. I’ve recently started rubbing the inside of my wrists in a downward motion on the bottom of my tummy. Sometimes it’s not just my wrists, if I’m holding an item and I’m about to put it down I have to rub it down my tummy first (a varying amount of times, until it “feels right” and I can put it down). I have emetophobia-the fear of throwing up (it’s gotten a lot better in the past couple years though woo) and I think that’s why the motion is down on my tummy. Most of my compulsions have to do with “down” to counteract anything going up cause... y’know.
Most of my compulsions I can at least imagine not doing and just working through the discomfort but this one has become such a habit that it seems impossible. It also causes me SO much anxiety and irritation doing this compulsion though.
Also a lot of times throughout the day I’ll bend my wrist thumbs or tense my back. I don’t know why I do it but it’s obsessively and seems like a compulsion.
Never have I seen a joint so damned stubbornly IN in my life! It was stuck in his default hand, obviously had to change THAT to hold the sword but the joint comes out with the hand. Not my first rodeo... but my fingers are hurting. Bad. Still stuck. Snap! Breaks right at the ball joint. And even AFTER that I still ended up having to get a pair of pliers and work it for another bunch of minutes. No idea why it was so damned tight but now I'm left with a broken wrist that has since been super glued but obviously it ain't moving anymore and that's problematic.
Contacted the folk I bought it from hoping they will help me out; pretty good CS in the past... bad juju incoming: was going through a move when I received him and didn't open him because I had nowhere to put him so no reason to work on posing him, right? Too long. They won't help. Can't really blame them but it sucks. Ordered some 3mm wire as that seems to be the thickness of the peg and hopefully that works but who the hell knows? Anyway; anyone know where to get replacement joints for these figures? Third party I'd have to assume as I can't find anything via google and everything I've read says SE has horrible CS for their figures and I'll never get a response.
The peg on my Kamen Rider Build Nincomic’s wrist broke, does anyone know where you can buy replacements? I tried using one from an older Rider figure but the ball on the end is bigger than the one used on the current one and looks weird.
