Substitute for beer in Welsh Rarebit?
My girlfriend really likes Welsh Rarebit, and normally I've made it using some beer. But, I'm trying to keep the household alcohol free for other reasons and I'm not sure what I could use instead that will still keep the dish the way she likes it. I'd normally use Fat Tire. Suggestions?
