I'm curious as to whether the word villein, a now derogatory medieval term for a serf or peasant, is linked to the word village. I'm interested in the way class hatred is baked into the English language and I came across this thought. Is there any evidence of a link between the two?
Title. I've played Rimword, DF, Odd Realm (currently playing), Gnomoria, Ingnomia. I can't buy Lords and Villeins atm (but will be wenn possible), but I'm also interested if there are more peaceful Colony Games, where you have to look for the Familys or manage multiple Inventorys and Jobs. Trading with other (NPC)Colonys would also be pretty interesting and a cool feature.
